What can one say about paradise? From being greeted with a hug at the airport, to being carried off the plane, to having every whim and desire fulfilled with the love and care of family.the staff, your "family". Truly, these wonderful humans have so much love in their hearts, it's incredible. I won't tell you what you can read on their website, I'll just tell you what you will experience by visiting Turtle. Pure acceptance and love. Your mama will take such incredible care of you that you won’t want to leave.the rooms are beautiful. The family style dining is so much fun! We’ve met some incredible friends that we stay in contact with from there. We were lucky enough to be there during their rugby tournament, so we opted to go over by boat with some of the staff to watch them play. What an amazing day! We lucked out and got an incredible once in a lifetime deal, otherwise we could have never afforded it. Seriously, if you can afford this, go, you won’t regret it! And if you buy future returns and can’t go, call me! Lol

What you think you are walking into, and what you actually get is beyond belief!

I was surprised by my husband for my 50th birthday with a trip: I had no idea where I was going or what to expect?

Upon reaching the island you are greeted with a warmth, with genuine smiling faces and desire to please you with ANYTHING you may need or want.
Your bure mama (your person assigned to you who will be next too you every step of the way) is there to make sure your room is perfect at all times and your fridge is stocked with WHATEVER you want. She will organize your itinerary, all your 'all included' trips and even do your laundry!
With many private beaches to choose from (you actually get your own beach with no-one on it), line fishing, deep sea fishing, horseback riding and crab hunting (not kidding) you will have a blast choosing this all inclusive, EXCLUSIVE to 14 couple ONLY island.
The staff numbers seriously outweigh the cliental, so you will never ever have to worry about the service, the food or the entertainment. You can get a high end resort anywhere, but you will NEVER experience the warmth and genuineness of the staff anywhere else; they treat you like family and everyone knows who you are and by your name!
We will be back to see our Turtle family again one day and I look forward to not wearing shoes again for a week, with my toes in the sand.

Not just a vacation, but an experience. It's hard to find words to describe just how amazing this resort is. The whole time I was there, I kept thinking how truly magical it was.

It's a private island that has 14 exquisite bures right along the beach. So at most, there are only 14 couples there, but there are well over 90 staff taking care of you and the island, so the service is 2nd to none. Because of its location, the main beach where the bures are located not only has the softest and finest sand I've ever felt, but it is sheltered beautifully on the blue lagoon, so the water is as calm as a small pond. It is so perfect, it almost doesn't feel real.

But the location is only part of the story. One of the things that makes this resort so special is the people. First, the other guests, that you'll get to know on a first name basis, all have such a positive vibe, it helps set the mood. You'll also notice that most have been there multiple times before, and this speaks volumes as to just how amazing of an experience this place is. Once you do it, you'll want to return again.

The other guests will quickly tell you that it's not just the perfect location or the fancy food or the gorgeous accommodations that keep them coming back, it's the staff. And you see why even before you step off the seaplane that takes you to the island. The staff make a point of calling you "family" and welcoming you "home" because it's that warmth and comfort they wish to convey, but they spoil you far more than you would ever be at home. They pride themselves on not only meeting your every desire but anticipating them. And I can tell you first hand that they excel at that. Time and again I would think, "I should ask them for this" and before I do, they are already offering it to me. For example, my wife and I decided that we wanted to try the sunrise horseback ride on the beach. When we asked our bure mama (aka your personal concierge with the warmth of the favorite aunt) if she could book it for a certain day, she just smiled coyly and told us that she already had.

I could literally go on and on about this place, but the closer, is that you can book your own private beach on this resort for the entire day. You can have your own private beach on the Yaswas in Fiji, which are some of the best beaches in the world on every list you can look at. They'll drop you off with a gourmet lunch of your choosing, and you tell them when to pick you back up. (They leave you with a radio, of course in case you want to get picked up early, or you get a craving for one of their brownies) There is something indescribable about standing on one of these stunning beaches and see that the only footprints in it are yours and all you can hear is the waves lapping against the beach, the breeze blowing through the trees, and the birds singing around you.

We LOVE Turtle Island! The island is beautiful but the staff is what makes the vacation so great. There is no tv and very limited WiFi. It is the best place to totally unplug and enjoy! We hope to go back soon!

There are 3 types of islands, the resort type where you have more than 100+ guests, the couples retreat where it's just few couples on the island and then there is the completely private where it's just you and your partner bonding and enjoying each other.
But This island portrays the second type
It would Only host 14 couples or so and the staffers
It's a completely self sufficient island they plant their own food, almost everything is handmade it's eco friendly in every way
The beaches are absolutely gorgeous.
The staff are just very wonderful! Smiles and positive vibes always.
What you could do here is absolutely unlimited all sort of activities are available, snorkelling, paddling, biking, hiking hell they have horses you can go horseback riding for sunrise or sunset.
If you're a couple that's interested in social activities this is the island for you, you'll meet lots of couples and maybe you'll even join some to go fishing or just double date dinner
