I'm sitting here at Immigration Department for my Passport Renewal.
I'm timing my wait time. I've been sitting here since 9.45am and still waiting my turn.
Very disappointing Service to say the least.

There's no Eftpos facility either for payments.
At $200 a pop for a renewed Passport! Com'on!

What's happened to Digitalisation in Government Departments!

If zero stars were an option I'd give exactly that!
So difficult to get hold of someone on the phone let alone leave a voicemail which doesn't seem to be an option! Running around waiting for a passport lodged 3 months ago cause obviously they've got the personal details wrong. Mistakes happen which is understandable but for goodness sakes atleast have the decency to rectify it in a timely manner and COMMUNICATE the message to a client. Waiting here like a headless chicken cause all my applications have been placed on hold due to this blunder! Please implement a better system for a change. Alot of unhappy customers out there.

Veryyyy baddd and rude costumer service a lady from their office took all my details to see what’s happening to my visa, then she just put on hold and transfer me to a guy that also was very rude this morning, then i told him i was speaking to a lady there where is she, he said she went to a meeting she went to a meeting without telling me. Manager there has to look after that, and no one speaks English there everytime i ask for something she needs to get someone there and let me repeat everything again, I couldn’t catch their name but the call was made today 24/2/2022 at 8: 01 am if the manager is interested to hear what happened at this time

No organisation, no competent systems in place. The security guards know more about what's going on than the staff, and they do some of the admin. Warning- I got my ticket at 10am, had biometrics done at 4: 30pm.

Very poor customer service
I set almost 3hours.but still no customer service
Try to improve. As person time is very very important.

Really slow processing time 50 min per customer. They should really try for more staffs. Hopeless service

Oh wth, it’s like calling a grave yard.anyone alive and ready to answer the phones? I wonder if anyone ever reviews the staff based on their customer service. People hired by Government to serve the people in need seems to be lacking their objective!

Why isn't anyone answering? I tried calling the number that is provided 331 2622 but there's no response. Is there any other number that we can use?

They should really improve on their way of serving Customers. The service is really slow and poor

I suggest everyone (especially international Visa Holders) to Lodge or Get their Permit at the other branch of the immigration office in NAMAKA!
