Immigration please look at your Rating and Comments, Poor Service. Due to your lack of Sevices lodging of Visa Application is very Very Late.suppose to be in Nz on 9th Feb.

Please government look at this Department.

Disappointing, as usual, whenever you call immigration, they hardly answer your call, and call transfer to visa officer keeps ringing and ringing, this is always the case with Immigration Department.very frustrating and disappointing service.

They're terrible! All tourists Must avoid contacting them even must not go to this country for their horrific disrespectful Services! They don't care about tourists at all,! They don't answer your phone and emails and after a long time and paying the application fee, they will inform you the money has not been received! These immigration department employees are all fraudulent, I reported their attitude to the Fiji Prime Minister's office and suggested everyone else do it.

Hopeless service provided by the staff. Last week they made an error in the receipt for a passport. Request to change the name on receipt was ignored by the staff saying that the name on the passport will be correct. So what's the use of asking for all the verified documents like original birth certificate and other ID cards. Just carelsss and lazy staff

They hung up on me then never picked up my call so disrespectful they should provide their name which the person who picked up did not now I have no other way to figure out about my passport thanks a lot for the help immigration Fiji

Had a horrendous experience with them dealing with my tourist visa online. As a country which heavily relies on tourists and their contributions and investments, making me, a potential tourist, cancel all my flights last minute and lose all my bookings because of their unprofessional and delayed service, is pathetic. Had to get to the airport and call them 7x to realise that they didnt even stick with their deadlines and didnt even check my documents to issue me a simple tourist visa.
I understand the overall chillness in the country, but the world is going at some pace and you are making everyone behind schedule and causing too many inconveniences with tour unprofessionalism.
If you require a visa with them, I dont think you will have much luck on time and they will not even bother to do anything about it. They are too ignorant towards a bureaucracy, which they themselves created. That’s all

They tell you to apply online. But to follow up no response. I have called serval times. They transfer and hang up. Response on second call yes they are busy.

Very very unprofessional and disgusting immigration policies, I can’t even recommend any tourist to go to Fiji. My mum went to Fiji as a tourist she was meant to enjoy her stay for 5 days, she had a master card with money in it and 350 Fiji dollars cash, hotel had already been paid and she was denied entry. I tried talking to that arrogant immigration officer to let my mum withdraw cash from any atm around and he just said that her entry has been denied and that’s it. My mum was treated so bad in Fiji airport I don’t recommend any tourist to visit Fiji where they want tourists to travel with solid cash not cards, very disgusting. I wish they had a complaint channel so that I can put down a long complaint about that arrogant Indian immigrant officer.

Worst.in.history. Nothing gets done. NOTHING. Avoid this office, If you have to apply any sort of visa through here, I am telling you. Move. If you need to get out from country, Do so.

Have to wait for hours and hours to get served. Usually have only two windows open whereas there are multiple online Apts and walk ins that stand in the line for hours. They show no sense of urgency.

Some of the worst government services being provided. Appointments are not even called at scheduled time. Upon enquiring was told staffs are on lunch from 2-3 while they themselves give appointments for normal working hours.

Waiting takes the longest time. So many hazards in the building directly exposed to public.

If only they had the decency to inform you over the phone that there is an option to make an appointment for passport applications rather than sitting in the queue all day. Not everyone has the knowledge or means to access the immigration website and book an appointment. The application process, however, takes only 10 minutes to lodge provided you have all required documentation.

There are staff who are friendly and willing to make effort to hold the fort, however, the system is crumbling under the pressure. It is indeed heart breaking to see our country of educated and literate citizens operating at this calibre.

Absolutely horrid customer service experience. There isn't any greeter or notice to guide one on how to maneuver the immigration office. There are security guards that try to help but they arent immigration staff. At the date of writing, visa and queries were in one building, and passport applications were in another building. Wasted 45 minutes sitting in the wrong line before I was finally informed at the counter that I was in the wrong line, let alone wrong building.

Loved the fast and efficient service today. Went for my passport at the office at Bsp Namaka and took me less then 15min for everything to be done. Thank God for the genius who came up with the idea for us to make appointment online as it makes the process so much easier! It's about time banks and other companies do this as well

Hello if my baby was born in Fiji can we apply for Fiji passport for the baby, is the baby automatically citizen by birth, if both parents are foreigners.

Very bad unprofessional service there I applied for my parents visa online they don’t even know what’s going on with application they giving me everyday a new date for outcome of the application and two days before departure they send me a mail and asked for few documents and the application sitting there for a month.pathetic

Most difficult public department in Fiji. I get messages almost every month from potential visitors to the country and people who would like to immigrate here, who are completely lost as to what their options are, and they can't even get Immigration on the phone or by email. I sincerely hope it improves, because this a huge deterrent to investment into Fiji.

Answering emails seems not to be an option for the guys there, i had some additional visa questions and now i have to make a very expensive phone call to get this information

Absolutely pathetic service, unhelpful staff. Waited 2 hours with my toddler just to be told they're closed.
Why make people wait when you're closing? Just serve the people you can and inform the rest to come the next day instead of making people wait and turning them away. So much for living in the digital world!
