Thank you Dr Nawal, Veronica and Kritesh, for your kind caring and professional care of my grown adult daughter. Please realise this is a 24 hour service which we would have come to earlier if we knew. My daughter needed fluids and IV ABs and a peaceful place for treatment. We could return for therapy at regular intervals. Have a wonderful day

If you or anybody you know is reading this, please be aware that you should not go here to have your medical checkup for any travel overseas, and if you or anyone you know has any kind of medical problem, you should make sure that you consult with some other doctors at another medical place.
I got my family's medical examination here so they could get their visas to visit their love ones! The medical inspection of almost all of the members went smoothly, but when it came to Dr. Zen himself, things took a different turn here. If there are four people in the family, he will do everything in his power to make sure that one of them has to shoulder the additional financial and logistical burden of the medical procedure. I've known Dr. Zen since the middle of the 2000s, and he did an excellent job renovating his medical centre. However, to tell you the truth, it doesn't matter how huge your medical  facility is; you still can't provide adequate care for your patients. You have no right to demand money from poor individuals who are making an effort to get their medical needs met, and you should feel ashamed of yourself for doing so.
I was able to get my medical checkup done in Lautoka, and it went quite well with no problems at all, plus I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for it!
I will write to a few officials who have made Zens Medical their go-to visa health examination location to ask them to reconsider their choice.

Took my son 11 ys old to Zens Danarau centre. Was not happy at all:
- The aircon not working
- Doctor looks like not a qualified doctor
- All mosquitors in the surgery
- untrainned staff

Not recommended to visit, also they shoould do better especially at Tourism Spot.
Not worth paying big dollars when they dont know what they doing.

Came to pick my blood test results. Was told to wait for the doctor to call. More then 20 people including those who came after me were seen by the doctor. When I checked with the receptionist as how long do I have to wait, she was so rude as if this clinic belongs to her father. She rolled her eyes and with that grumpy face she told me to go sit n wait for the doctor to call. Zens medical please hire receptionists with pleasant personality, not someone who can’t even talk politely.

Receptionists sitting around chatting. I had been waiting for an hour with the whole building literally with 4 people around but yet the doctor never called us till now. Upon asking at Reception I had been told 20 mins ago that I will be next.the person who went in before me had left the building 10 mins ago.pull up your socks guys

Awful place to get your health concerned checked!
Worst receptionist ever, with no grin on their face. Extremely unpleasant, not to mention the fact that the doctor was hurrying to see me and get me out! First time in Fiji and we got this kind of behaviour from doctor and the staff is quite worrying.

Served by Dr Fong mid night shift, not sure how he deals with other patients, I found his behavior very rude and disrespectful

Receptionist was grumpy, Zen's medical nadi town please educate your doctor and staff kind gestures. A smile will not affect them but instead can make someone's day, we pay for a service and thats which add up to their pay

I hope this rude behavior of your staffs will be looked into and we can see some kind people in your respected organization

I was serviced by Dr. Kelera Tabuaniqili whom I cannot fault 5/5. Advice and service was spot on (lined up with recommendation from doctor back home) and she was working incredibly hard all day. 5/5.

For context I visited on 2/01 which is a major public holiday and most clinics were closed.

Another highlight was the quick turnaround on a blood test result (90m).

One other highlight was a father bringing in his infant with a severe allergic reaction and they gave him immediate support. This worked against me but good to see triage for urgencies is good.

However the score is reduced due to administration. I waited 90m for a consult where I was originally told I was in queue position #4. After chasing and chasing I finally got my consult but not after at least 30 people have been seen before me. 1/5 for this.

Simple solution is to give people a number and have a simple TV showing which number is being seen. Similar to a fast food restaurant.

Also I'd appreciate advertised prices. I paid $175 for a consult and blood test. 75 for the consult, 20 for blood test and 80 for public holiday. This took me by complete surprise as even in NZ high end clinics don't charge that much for foreigners.

Another frustration is realistic timeframes. When promised 30m for consult and taking 90m or 30m for blood test and taking 90m I could have gone out to get some lunch or food. Instead the promise of a nearby consult or blood test result kept me waiting in the 34degree waiting room.

Facilities are probably 2/5 - they had the essentials but was hotter inside than out. I'm sorry but for what is charged insisting on 3 doctors or having ac inside would be a good idea.

For an establishment that seemingly spent a considerable amount of money in refurbishing their premises, it is, in my opinion, all just a facade.

I went in fully prepared to wait for a significant amount of time, seeing as how there was only 1 doctor on duty. Fast forward 2 hours and, not one, not 2, but 5 patients who had come in after me were shown through and after being asked why this was the case, the reason given was they all complained of shortness of breath. Now I have to question this because all of those patients that circumvented the line were given a once over by an attending nurse and then left. I have no issues waiting if the reason warrants it, but after questioning when I would be seen, was told it would be at least another hour.

Medical establishments really need to step up their patient care game, and not just give an outward appearance of excellence, because one day, it can cost someone their life.

Your facilities are great but your reception staff are pathetic. I am sitting here and was suppose to be seen 2 patients ago as I came before them. To my surprise a lady who came after me was seen first and when I asked the receptionist said that I was next. When ut was mu turn, a couple wo came in after me was called, I asked the receptionist and see alsaid after that. Zens has spent considerable amount on
upgrading their facilities (been with them from 2005) yet they have failed hig time on this regards.
Dr Sai and Dr Zen I hope that this is looked into and I hope to see an improvement in your reception services.

Did a expensive blood test a month ago to be sent abroad. Got an email today that they did not send it. Asking me to take the test again. They only told me once I followed up via email. I wouldn't recommend them for medical. Service is very poor.

I took my father there was seen by Dr Zen low all test done there were not correct. After 2 weeks lautoka hospital told us he is last stage cancer. You should close the clinic it's a waste of time and money visiting you guys. Useless not to be trusted. And the receptionist there asking me to pay the cost again it's pending when next day I went for results. Which I paid already and without paying they won't do test. I got all paid receipts she was embarrassed. Do not recommend

Take my father in law there was seen by a female doctor then sent for xray then upon returning to the counter was told she went for house check up so the option was to pay for another doctor again of wait for her which they don't now when. Even the Manger on duty which was on the board was not at work.worst place I ever been
Reply to your comments it's was all lies u people have only one doctor and there was no power cut off u people is only covering u back should inform the people there first or close the center if no doctors my case was also an emergency

Do not get your travel PCR test here. Just don't.

We waited over 72 hours to get our results and they only arrived 15 minutes before our taxi arrived to go to the airport. We had tried to 'speed up' the process by directly going to the medical centre in the morning, but everyone there is generally unhelpful and it's a waste of time.

Special shout out goes to Katrina who gave me her 'personal line' only for it to dial out each and every time. Don't even bother trying to call reception either, they don't answer. Or they answer and hang up immediately.

Just go elsewhere and avoid the stress with this centre. PCR tests are one item you definitely don't want running on 'Fiji time'.

Zens require a bank transfer to pre-pay the cost of a pre-travel PCR test, so if you are a travelling tourist and need a pre-travel PCR test and don't have a Fiji bank account, then you will need to find somewhere else to get tested.

I have been trying to contact Zens Medical centre via phone and email for a PCR test, but there has been no response. Find this level of service unacceptable, I have been calling all morning, and there is no answer. I am going to write to Tourism Fiji about this poor experience. I have wasted so much mobile Credit getting in touch. Why award an organisation a testing contract if they cannot provide the level of service? Have emailed them for an appointment two days ago and has no response. Spoken with the front desk at the resort and have been told to contact them directly to organise an appointment. I have been given a mobile number as well but that is not been answered! Disappointing!
