"Dodgy Company Dodgy Employees. "
We stayed at Tanoa Plaza Hotel Suva, we performed the mandatory RAT test within 72hrs of arriving into Fiji. The results they send back indicated †hat my partner was positive and I was negative, we showed no symptoms what so ever. When we contacted them asking how one of us was negative and the other positive within minutes they said that both test results was positive and changed the report sent to us. Then they started to force us to pay to do PCR tests. We performed RAT tests at the hotel both of which showed we were negative, yet the company kept saying we were positive and were required to quarantine at the hotel. Then we requested for them to redo the test, the tests were still negative but they kept insisting that we were positive and forcing us to perform PCR test out of our pockets.
Lucky for us our family members got in contact with the Health Ministry Department, who assisted us to at least be able to stay at home instead of the hotel.
Be careful when using this company, they are liars and seem to only want to make money.

Very poor practice. The lady who was doing the RAT tests wore the same gloves for the whole time I was there. She would have contaminated everyone who was being tested.

Did our RT-PCR test here yesterday and go the results today after a little over 24 hrs. They don't usually send results by email but since we requested (and after a gentle reminder) they sent the scanned copy by email. Much cheaper than the EMS location at GPH. Efficient staff. There's a parking lot at the back of this building, and that's where the entrance to the lab is located.

Got a Travel PCR test done here at cost of $150FJD. Results were delivered within the 24hrs after test being done. Staff were friendly and easy to deal with.
