The room is average in terms of size and cleanliness.

The ocean view room I got was awesome as I got to enjoy sunset and sea breeze.

Customer service is great - their assistance to arrange my bookings and check in was efficient.

Amazing place for a vacation. The beach view was amazing. However, the rooms were quite dirty and basic essentials were not provided.

This hotel is directly on the beach in Nadi and the staff is so sweet. There are hammocks to relax in under the plan trees. The concierge desk is in the lobby and they are so helpful with finding fun things to do and see.

False advertising, poor customer service, extremely obnoxious reception service. Really really small rooms, no lifts, no customer parking service. Advertised amount was $89fj, charged us $105.00 fj plus $10 bond for room key. For what I was charged could have gotten a much better stay over else where

The resort itself is great with traditional Fijian food and amazing staff. There are many tours available from the reception. However the surrounding area needs some serious improvement as it would make the resort even better. The horse riding on the beach is fun for $35. Also another resort called Bamboo has a 24h restaurant which is a 3min walk down the beach

Hygiene standards need upping.
Majority of staff were brilliant, just the odd one who was way over the top familiarity wise and not very respectful.

Nice beach front hotel, rooms are a bit small but the beach front access is wonderful. You are near the airport so every so often you'll hear a plane

Late availability of room during check in, no TV for entertainment and no housekeeping at all, only one powerpoint in the whole room was working

Stayed at hotel in Mid March. Location is beautiful and Staff was great. Had trouble with water and AC in our room but staff sorted it out for us, In no time. Would like to stay there again on our next trip to fiji. Got better service than expected.

Quite peaceful, friendly staff, and perfect for plane spotting. The runway is less than 1 km away. Loved it.

We stayed here at the start and end of our travels in Fiji, the staff were amazing and really helpful. The pool is lovely and the food is great! Special shout out to Ben, Alfred, lebo and Kara for being extra helpful staff and always smiling and ready to help. Lebo booked our island hopping and she was great we had a wonderful time can’t reccomend enough!

Honestly the photos about this hotel online are very misleading. Rooms are really pathetic. Very small and no room to move around. Housekeeping issues with insects such as cockroaches and ants in the rooms. Doors are really hard to open. The doors seem like it'll break. Hot water doesn't work properly. Overall not worth the stay.

Brilliant place.most people use it before heading to the outer islands, but i stayed there 6 nights.clean rooms, comfortable beds, lovely beer, excellent food and the staff are great

Best view from beach view room, so close to Bamboo where there's great food and good vibes; the middle room is the best, the one closer to Smugglers Cove is not as nice.next door at Smugglers Cove is soooooo noisy, they have no sense of turning down the music a bit at all. Make sure to not stay here in the weekend when they're booming extremely loud party music.

Great place, drinking kava with songs in the evenings, friendly and helpful stuff and delicious food.

We got the room for its good view but after a few minutes there we noticed several cockroaches coming off the ceiling, really disgusting. The bathroom was also quite dirty. The manager gave us a free transfer to the airport and told us he was gonna take care of it, but still the experience was really bad: (
