Please be careful. They wouldn't shift our booking to the next day because our flight had been cancelled, and even though driver hadn't arrived when we contacted them, as soon as we knew, but the excuse was because the driver had been allocated. Not even a discount for rebooking the next day?
Book them at your own risk. Taxi far cheaper than TTF and cleaner vehicle, plus friendly. Not a good look for Fiji tourism when they are the first ones you see on arrival and departure. Rest of the trip. Amazing.

Our experience has been fantastic with our very attentive and knowledgeable guide/driver Kaiyum. He has made our time here in Fiji very enjoyable.

We used TFF for transport to and from our hotel around an hour drive from Nadi airport and included a child seat for our 18 month old. We were welcomed into the TFF office on arrival at the airport and the driver was ready to go straightaway.

All staff, including the drivers, were really friendly, efficient and drove safely. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience with our shuttle. They were there waiting for us as soon as we retrieved our luggage and greeted us with shell necklaces. Both our drivers were super friendly and knowledgeable and even gave us a lesson in Fijian so we could use simple phrases. They were also prompt for the return trip. Highly recommend!

Don’t ever use this company. Terrible service and they are liars about the time of the driver to arrive. They say 5 minute, 5 minutes over and over and then over an hour waiting no one turned up. We had to get a taxi instead which turned out to be cheaper anyway.

Very unprofessional and rude.

They never picked us up. We were there a couple of minutes before our pick up time and we were told that the bus picked other people up and left earlier.
I tried calling and no answer.
We took a taxi and then in the office they were extremely rude and blaming us for not being ready 10 minutes before pick up time!
To make it worse the driver was laughing at us rudly as to annoy us.

They have no clue how a tourism service should be run!

TTF is the best business for transportation services in Fiji. Wonderful staff and management. And THE best service!

Driver Kali stands out. Right from self introduction to explaining various aspects of Fijian life and culture he excelled. Wish every driver is like that especially for the tourists.

Me and my girlfriend did the Feejee experience tour around Viti Levu and it was all easy going. Our Driver "Pradeep Kumar" did an exelent job at keeping the vehicle spotless inside and cleaned it every eavening. Safe and easy driving everywhere but a little late on a few arrivals, but what can you say Fijitime right, hakuna matata. Our guide Wanga did a fun and enjoyable commentary through our trip and we therefore learnt a lot of great and fun things.

A 1hr trip took 2hrs because the driver kept making stops to pick up and drop off supplies for friends along the way. He drove 50km/hr for the entire journey because he was too busy texting and was paying no attention to actually getting his paying customers to their destination on time. We had vans, trucks and even other coaches overtake us because our driver was so distracted by his phone and his over use of texting! Unbelievable! Never again! Do not use this service and do not recommend!

Our wedding planner arranged this transport for us as it was about 50fjd cheaper than booking directly through resort. I was told the departure time & we arrived 5 minutes before, handed our bags over & went to check out.there was a few issues checking out so granted we ended up a few minutes late but the transport company knew we were there & had our bags. We were standing about 30metres from the bus so well within eye shot or walking distance if they needed to talk to us.
Rather than doing so, they removed our bags & left! The resort called them straight away, I spoke to them & told them what they did will make us miss our connecting ferry. She didn't care & left me on hold for a few minutes then basically got back on the phone & said too bad and told me the bus was scheduled to leave 10 minutes before the wedding planner had advised.when I mentioned that, they didn't care.
The resort tried talking to then, they still didn't care. They refuses to refund me as well!
For the sake of 50fjd (so like $30/35), book through your resorts or someone else! It's a big bus that was picking us up too where the resorts have smaller vans/buses with good A. C. & its likely to just be your group!
