Use DHL instead. TNT will either lose the packages or be extremely late. 0/10

Paid for Priority shipping with FedEx and recieved the item in nadi which was handled by TNT, which then got sent again via CDP through a long unecessary transfer. Will never ship again with this company. DHL had way better service

Poor customer Service shown over the phone, via email & at the Airport office.

Had something shipped in from the US priority. Medication that was needed fast. Just sat in Nadi for 4 days because the automated system gave me one email address as the contact. I emailed it everyday with no response. Eventually spoke on the phone with a TNT employee and was told that the person's email address given to me was on leave. So my package was just going to continue to sit there if I didn't reach out to them. After emailing the information to the employee from TNT I spoke with -it should be cleared that day as I explained this was urgent. Called the same employee back that afternoon as it still had not cleared - he told me he never received my email but while going through his inbox while I was on the phone he found it. Said no problem should be delivered tomorrow in Suva. Next day: Call TNT as soon as they open and told it would be delivered between 11-1130 and I asked for the drivers phone number.called the driver and he told me he didn't even have my package.called back twice with the tracking number and finally found my package but couldn't promise it would be delivered that day. Went to pick it up. Wouldn't use if you need something fast

Very Bad Service and Customer Support, My shipment from Fedex arrived and stucked at Nadi office about 4 days calling to check the actual status but people not anwsering well, keep passing phone line and never calls back even they told me they will call back. Fedex is not like this. Bad experience overall.
