Visited from a cruise ship. Staff were freindly and helpful good slection of goods bought nice fabric.

We stopped by this Tappoo shop yesterday morning while we were visiting the Nadi, Fiji area. The local people are very friendly and helpful. We ran into the shop just for some cold drinks and snacks. If you're interested they had coffee and muffins available for purchase.

A nice peaceful department store just off Queens Rd and a relief from the hectic Nadi streets. Store staff are very friendly and helpful. Cafe serves excellent coffee and delicious muffins.

These guys are absolutely scum. They tricked me into buying more products and telling me that I will get my duty back and that I do not need to show them at the airport. After spending one and a half hours with them filling out the forms with a 2-year-old child, We packed everything into our check-in bag after they told us that this did not need to be sighted however, at the airport they told us that they cannot give us a duty back because They needed to see the items.
It was too late since everything was checked in.
Absolute scum and lying people.

For visitors, it's international brands at reasonable prices and a great range to choose from.

Smaller and more of home wares shopping than clothes etc. Not too bad overall, staff were friendly etc

The product range is good and prices are reasonable but Extremely disappointing customer service as this is not how it used to be back in the day. Staff used to friendly and cheerful and now it seems like they are being forced to serve customers and don't want to. We have shopped here for years now and compared to the service we still get in the Suva store, the Nadi store is pathetic and staff have a very unfriendly attitude. A big let down in that area. The cafe was not attended to and we had to go and ask three people before somebody came to serve and they did not have most of the items on the menu.

The quality of the product I wud give 5 star.affordable prices even after the panademic price is even lowered for customers, availability of parking area is good n last but not the least the great great customer service I mean the friendliest staff i just cant resist but keep going back to shop at tappoos.

Tappoo shops offer you good quality products in Fiji. Souvenirs but also clothes, sport equipment, etc. In Nadi, Tappoo has a nice café where it's pleasant to stop to have a break and relax in the entrance of Nadi town. The staff is nice and helpful.

Experience like no other.this is a one stop shop where you will find nearly to everything from souvenirs foods drinks to electric gadgets to name a few. The friendly staff are there to guide you with recommendation that will make shopping easier for you. With their variety of item ware to clothing to latest fashion version all access under one roof.they even have their own spa and massage parlour.the shop has small tour operating helpdesk within that operates up the valley should you want to explore the villagers. They also provide rental services again operated by agents to assist all works of guest with services under one roof. Exceptional service with bula spirit.

It was ok until I tried going in the elevator with my baby in his pram, took more than 15minutes waiting for an empty spot.

I truly appreciate the high level of customer service offered by the staffs of Tappoos. I've often visited their shops in Nadi and Lautoka in particular, and my experience is a one with delight. They truly have a very friendly approach towards customers. I even took time to tell one of the female salesperson in Lautoka about their quality service. Very professional, friendly and caring. Something most of other departments stores in Fiji should learn from. Vinaka Tappoos. Keep up the great work and a big round of applause!

Over priced and when they do have a sale it does not really make a difference. Range of products is ok.

Staff were friendly and not pushy in the sales, of the store. They have great things to look at and everything from clothes, to traditional, Fijian artefacts. If you come on a shopping tour bus they will give you the "heads up" about the rest of the town and other little shops the you should be careful of. Once you have shopped yourself out, you can sit and relax, at Tappoo and have a drink or coffee, plus they have clean bathroom/ toilet in the back, while you wait for your bus or taxi to pick you up.

Nice place for quality shoes and joggers. We bought a pair of nice dress shoes for our son when it was on special.

Very poor Customer Service. Staff busy planning an evening get together and not at all bothered that customers require assistance.
