Received a couples massage from Divya and Latu. Great experience. Very professional and well looked after.

This place is truly an oxymoron. It was the best experience, it was the worst experience. I had a 60min deep tissue on 03 Nov. Soshi was AMAZING. Had this been my only encounter my rating would have been 5 stars. The massage was perfect. She was kind. I enjoyed the experience so much I booked a relaxing massage for 05 Nov. I carved this into my schedule as I also depart the island on the 5th. My massage started 10 minutes late, at which point I asked for a 30 minute instead of 60 minutes due to time constraints. The room was cold because the air was blasting. I was told the aroma was too strong so they turned on the air to reduce the smell. Ok, fine. I prepared for the massage. She "cleaned" my feet with a dry towel. My feet were cleaned with a warm damp towel on the 3rd. I told the masseuse lighter pressure because I had deep tissue 2 days prior. She started applying firmer pressure on my shoulders and I informed her it hurt. Someone came in the room 2 times. At which point, I discontinued the massage. It lasted 15 minutes. I paid for 30mins and left. The experience here is solely based on the masseuse. Hit or miss.

My massage was very underwhelming. My masseuse basically just caressed me the whole time and didn’t actually massage me, apply pressure, get my knots out, or put effort into it. I asked her to massage more deeply and she tried more for a few min but went back to caressing. She was also sniffling sick which made me uncomfortable as a traveler who has already gotten significantly sick on my trip. My partner had a better masseuse who really put her back into it. I’ve had much better therapists with real technique before so I didn’t come out of this massage even feeling like I got a massage.

They surely don’t want our business. There’s no price tag of any product. I spent a good 15 minutes in there looking for things to buy. The lady didn’t show any interest in helping me in any way. She started chatting to her friend on the phone and stayed on the phone the whole time even when I tried to get her attention and asked a question. Oh then another group of customers came in and she got off the phone right away. So she just didn’t want my business then.

Had a deep tissue massage with Mila and by the end I was asleep, incredibly relaxing, friendly professional staff and clean premises. Highly recommend.

Did a great couples massage during a three hour layover in Port Denarau- Latu and Tokasa were skilled massage practitioners and even put some cooling creme on my sunburn

Our experience here was fatastic. The lady from the reception was very helpful and understanding with our needs. Our therapists had magic hands, could have stayed there forever. Thank you so much!

Went for a facial and was very impressed with the service by the beautiful ladies. The products they used were really good. Have definitely noticed a change in my skin. It's very hydrated and feels good. Definitely recommend and would go back again.

I booked my wife and her dad’s tropical spa treatment, they enjoyed it very much by the look on their face! My father-in-law fell asleep on the massage table so it must have been extremely relaxing.

They use Pure Fiji products which is very nice smelling and good for the skin.

My sister and I had a lovely massage and facial here this morning. The staff were really lovely. The massage and facial were so relaxing and we both left with a glow. Highly recommended Spa Denarau

I purchased 20 small pure Fiji soaps at this shop. The 1st ladies said 5 Fiji dollars for each one in the morning. The funny thing is that the same little soap is 3 Fiji Dollars on the same day afternoon. I feel terrible about this shopping experience.

There are also some big soaps with packing, which 10 Fiji Dollars in the morning. But it drops to 8 Fiji Dollars when I come back from malamala island at about 5: 20 pm.

Please escape this store when you wish to buy some pure Fiji products. The comment from the real visitor.

Very good experience for a couples relaxation massage. Reasinably priced, friendly staff. You are also able to but Pure Fiji products from here as they only stock those products.

Spa Denarau was the perfect place to start our date night. The couples massage was full body and the entire experience — dim candle lights, soft ethereal music, jovial staff — made our time there both relaxing and cathartic.

We had a lovely couples massage experience. It was reasonably priced and the staff were so friendly.

I got my chest and stomach waxed for the first time here. And wow it was horribly painful! I wanted to scream and swear at the top of my lungs but the beautician was very friendly and kept apologising for something that wasn't her fault at all!

My partner on the other hand had her nails done, though it wasn't the best job to be honest.

Other than that, the experience was as fine as it could be.

I wouldn’t normally complain being a beauty therapist myself, as it is different everywhere. I enjoyed the massage but the women who did my treatment seemed to be very sick, and I am now very sick myself the day after.bit disappointing to end my first overseas holiday with getting a horrible cold.

I attended Spa Denarau on a recent holiday in Fiji. We found the staff to be most accommodating to our requests and to be very friendly and professional.

The pricing is as expected - better than the resort spa pricing however the experience is hands down fabulous! And what you would expect in a 5 star resort spa.

Had the relaxing massage with full body scrub and facial. From the reception I was greeted and recommended their special offer, Yani did a fabulous job making me feel relaxed and knot free. Facial cleared my face up, I have really sensitive skin so did strip my face a bit much leaving redness but it felt fresh and pores were unclogged. Thanks for the service

Had the couple message $200 for 90 min. 15 min foot spa with exfoliation 60 min full body massage 15 min scalp massage. My masseuse name was Sara or maybe Sayla? She made sure I was comfortable and did a great job taking out my knots. She was very professional and would definitely recommend to anyone!
