I stayed in the mixed dorms, I enjoyed it quite a bit, not any privacy really but you have showers and bathrooms just for those staying in the dorm. Air conditioned, that was amazing. Beds were comfortable, staff were friendly for the most part, food was good, just VERY over priced. Location was great, went for evening swims in the ocean every night I was there and ended up booking it for my last 2 nights after staying there for 3 nights when I first arrived to fiji. About a 20min drive from the airport= $20 taxi. Met lots of other individuals traveling amd backpacking around the same age 20s-30s.

VERY POOR.
NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE STATE OF ROOMS. MOULD SMELL THROUGH THE ROOM, MOILD VISIBLE ON THE CURTAINS AND WINDOW CELLS.
NO TOWEL IN THE ROOM THROOUT DURATION OF THE STAY PURCHASED MY OWN TOWEL.
WAITED 2 DAYS TO GET MY CHANCE FROM BAR TENDER.
FALSE AVERTISE OF THE FACILITIES.
FOOD: 0/10
SERVICES: 2/10
PRICING OF FOOD: 0/10

NOT WORTH THE COST OR STAY.

Right on the beach, this cost effective option was worth every dollar & more! Even though the pool closes early, about 18: 00, the ocean is accessible and very warm. The food was good, quite affordable, and the wāhine only dorm room & facilities were tidy, cool, and secure. Will definitely use it as an option & be back.

I didn’t use the taxi/airport transfer option, but the Ramada van is available to/from Nadi Airport. Not sure on the price, but $40-$60 RT is a generally good rule of thumb.

I enjoyed my time here, food was delicious and tasty. There was one day where my coleslaw was a bit off, it was probably sitting out for a while, but they did make me a new one.
The atmosphere is really cool, would come back.

I was staying for almost a week, the cleaning was fine. It is close to the sea and there are days where it provides live show services in which it is very good to change the routine and meet people. Regarding customer service, I must emphasize that of 3 people who were very hospitable throughout the week from day one.
Thanks to Sera, Shiu and Jaz the guy from Club 57 he make lovely cocktails.

Cool and affordable price. Just a block from a big supermarket. The accommodation provides all the trips that you are looking for.

This was good enough for what we used it for: one night before getting on the boat to the islands. The wailoaloa or something on the corner is a nice place for a lively dinner. Decent pizzas and drinks, live band.

Book online for best price. Front desk price was higher. Good location by the beach. Fire dancing on Sunday.

Beautiful location with an amazing service. The only issue for me was parking; it can be a headache if you have a rental or private vehicle

Fiji 8 USD a night.not gonna complain you get what you get.its better than Bamboo though. Vibe ia fine but only for a day and move up, dont stay in Nadi. Airport shuttle is a rip off. Food is great and huge portions for a fairly decent price. However showers are disgusting and so are toilets and bunks are literally once cm from each other.

You have to pay for the WIFI!

Good for the price. I was in a large bunk bed room, it's crowded but it was clean and quiet, perfect for an overnight. Aircon working well and blankets are available.
4 stars because WiFi is an extra $5: (

If you’re in a budget and just want to say you’ve been to fiji, then this place isn’t too awful but the pictures and description online are misleading. It’s more of a “motel” or youth hostel. We were severely disappointed when we arrived
Staff were friendly and helpful for the most part, but beach and facilities were dirty. There were roaches around the kitchen and litter all over the beach. The beach is brown with dirty sand
We cleaned our own room daily because room cleaning only comes in if you’re in your room to let them in when they happen to knock
Wifi connection is awful and you have to pay for it
There is no spa. They send you to their neighboring hotels to use the spa
Food was dirty but also not good
It’s definitely worth paying more to stay on one of the hotels in port denaru, which is what most people who come here end up doing

Great location, as you are right on the beach and just down the road from a little supermarket. Rooms are fine and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't call it a hostel, but more of a hotel vibe. Food is ok, a little bland for more. They have lots of drink options available at the bar. I'd probably stay here again as it's beachfront and a good place to chill out for a couple days. There's a couple of great little hidden restaurants just down the road that you should definitely try.

Music with deep bass goes very late into the night some nights and I could not fall asleep. Switched rooms but the new room had a window that when opened allowed everyone in the building next to you to see inside your room. Switched to the Ramada after the third night and it was 100x better in terms of cleanliness, privacy, staff friendliness and much more.

The location was good. Near the Airport and the cheapest place to stay for solo travelers.

Pretty bad post covid.
Someone had told me they seemed to not live up to the rating since covid, but I didn’t want to believe them. Smugglers should update their description: the wi-fi isn’t free and a glitchy and only works in certain parts, the front desk wasn’t open 24/7 as had been promised at check-in, there’s no hot water (not even if you ask to drink some - forget the showers), the food and drinks are resort-expensive and you’re not a short walk from the center of Nadi, the rooms are old and loud and not clean, and the door didn’t lock. There was no dive shop - which was ok but was promised - and I heard thumping music at 2 am. For the icing on the cake, I had many many bed bug bites.

As for pros, the rooms have A/C and the staff are friendly. While I always try to get the best bang for my buck, Smugglers ended up being a poor decision

Below average. Okay if you are on a shoestring budget and wanting to get drunk every night. Door to the dorms can't be closed or locked so belongings are not safe and randoms can enter at any time. Staff were not the friendliest, rooms were not clean. The female/male dorms are not seperate rooms, rather just one seperated by a partial screen (so noise levels, not good). Also booked a 4 bed female dorm but were placed into a 12 bed dorm, and we were asked to pay again at reception despite paying in full online. Better places to stay for the same price one door down.

By far the worst service I've ever had at any hotel. Stood at the bar for 30mins while the attendant laughed with her colleague. Room service delivered my meal which was literally water and peanut butter with chicken.
