BEWARE UNPROFESSIONAL OWNER! Don't use for your wedding in Fiji! While the makeup and hair done by thus business is outstanding, I am having to leave this bad review as my honest review of the disorganised business was deleted from their Facebook page. On my wedding day they said 3 staff would come, only 1 came. The one staff member who came was extremely slow and we had to call upon a friend who happened to be staying at Denarau island to rush over and help us complete the wedding hair. I was 45 minutes late for my wedding and my hairdresser sister had to do most of the hair as well as my friend. They also arrived an hour earlier than agreed upon while we were still eating breakfast. When given my public review on Facebook I was given a rude reply by the owner. Upon realising that the business was at fault (I had to post screenshots of what I had booked before I was believed), I was provided with an apology for causing problems on my special day. But then a day later my review was deleted. Extremely unprofessional to delete a review. True business people take pride in their work and admit when they make a mistake that causes distress to the client and then would leave the honest review for people to see. Disgusting customer relations.
