The Mpaisa Counter needs two staff instead of one as the line tends to get very long with the one staff taking as much as 10-20 mins per customer in some instances. Perhaps it would be more efficient if the E-Transport Top Up service was handled by a separate cashier. Something for management to look into.

We have been going to Shop and Save as a family ever since it opened in Valelevu. The prices are quite affordable and they provide quality services as well. However, in terms of their MPaisa service it would be great if they could extend the time for withdrawal transactions. Also, if two cashiers instead of one could attend to the Mpaisa transactions: one for bus card top ups and the other for withdrawals and deposits, this would make it very effecient. Besides that great service in general. Love the renovation as well.

Always the better supermarket in regards to most items and floor design. Though my Only gripe is the cost of eggs which is expensive when compared to Max Valu.

Newly renovated with clearly labeled isles, friendly staff and a wide range of products. With a bread shop and taxi base close by it makes it an ideal place to shop if you live within the Nasinu/Valelevu area

Very much improved, friendly service and convenient. Taxis available always whenever you need them.

Good place for shopping.
Few things are not available there but has good qualities of products.

I always go here every Christmas now the experience is very good due to the renovation and the staff is always friendly

Conveniently located, refurbished floor and shelving gives a better cleaner shopping environment. Has very limited street parking.

With the renovations, cashiers should get upgraded in customer service also. Pathetic service by cashier.

The upgrade was long overdue and is welcome. A much cleaner and more enjoyable shopping experience. My issue is with the quality of the vegetables.this area needs a lot of improvement. Lettuce, carrots, cabbages, celery are just a few to mention. Other than that.loving and thoroughly enjoying the new look.

Not too bad. I just wish the customer service could be improvwd though in terms of delivery of service and the punctuality and of course their urge to do things on time taking into consideration that not everyone has the time to wait on others. I understand there are some situations require time which is fine really, I just hope we'll be able to be served at a faster pace for convenience and to lessen the customer queueing up for almost an hour. But I love the range they have in terms of products and their teams are always ready to help when you seek it.

Well stocked.prices reasonable in highly-priced Fiji.had alot of stuff, and the staff were so helpful.do visit sometime. Shop N Save Valelevu is awesome!

It was amazing. I did not only went to the suprermarket, there was a market opposite the supermarket where I bought veggies. It was great.

I just bought a creambun from S&S bakery and they gave me butter bun and it looks like 1 week old.yikes do something or we can get food poisoning

An average supermarket. However, if you're looking for alternative places for meat (i.e. Anything with lamb) apart from your normal butcher, shop n save is your go-2-supermarket.

Less CASHIER this afternoon people are QUE up in line witch not good for CUSTOMERS talking to the FLOOR SUPERVISOR and he act like nobody talking to him witch not good for the customer's I think all the SUPERMARKET in NASINU AREA should put more CASHIER in the afternoon.
