Shop N Save Supermarket, Nakasi

Service at the coffee and pastry shop was not so good. Coffee was lukewarm and staff wasn't helpful.

I shop mostly in your Nakasi store as I am a resident. So far the service has been consistenly good and I have no complaints. The supermarket is by standard clean and easy on the eyes. But I do ask that you walk in to your restaurant and see for yourselves that it needs a touch up.

I am referring to the area right next to the cashier where your staff sit. Its discarded with rubbish and basically dirty. Vinaka.

Very friendly and helpful staffs, nice enviroment to shop in.i can always get vegetables here as well which saves me going to the market.

Nice shop but at times. It's very dirty especially the vegetable and butcher end. Some fruits display does not have good quality

It is located within Rups Mega Plaza, quiet convenient really as we have the supermarket, furniture outlets, clothing outlets, restaurants, pharmaceutical, dental clinic, etc
The car park is huge and free of charge to park your vehicles there.
Plaza securities are super friendly and helpful.

It wasn't good cause it's was overcrowded and trolleys were broken and some people had to carry there groceries to the counter without the trolleys

Good range of goods sold here. But can be quiet expensive compared to other supermarkets nearby

By far one of the best experience in all shop and save outlets throughout the country. I've been to all shop and save supermarkets and this is by far my best experience in any of them

Spacious store. Friendly and helpful staff. Wide range of products to choose from. Each isle clearly labeled to assist in faster location of products. Love that they open as early as 7am everyday. Huge space for parking provided.

Well set up of shelves, the product is of good quality, meats and many other things are good. Their restaurant Good very well kept I mean food quality is satisfactory. I give them 4 STARS

Social distancing is an issue and rest is ok.alot of space for parking and shopping.with range and quality products.

Just went to have my double scoop of tip top ice cream.cant vouch for the shopping experience with shop n save

The shop N save kitchen it pathetic they don't know what change to give n what amount of food to serve per plate

I went to Shop N Save Restaurant, and I am soooo disappointed with the services, went and ordered some food after being served we were not given any knives or spoons and not even tissue papers to wash hands. Their service has really went down.
Sorry for the one star but I was so disappointed today.

My favorite restaurant.love their chillie chicken and chop suey. The cook is an awesome guy with great memory on your taste

Was so disappointed with the meal I had yesterday in yr restaurant. Does your Supervisor check the meals b4 they are being served? We pay for a meal and want our money's worthl, but what I ate yesterday was just fit for a DOG! I ordered chicken & chips. I only ate a few chips that would fit the strength of my dentures and finished the chicken coz I was dying for a meal. The salad tasted awful with that smell! I got up & complained to the Cashier & also to the lady that served the meal.upon my complaint then they dished me a plate of freshly cooked chips. What's the point when I had finished the chicken.so I complained to the Supervisor telling her what had happened.

Can you please cook meal's for our money's worth coz we not giving you stones we giving you our hard earned cash in order to have a decent meal.

PATHETIC SERVICE

Helpful and very understanding staff. Rushed from a evening Workshop for a quick shopping 5 minutes before their closing. Served with patience and smiles and even offered a shopping bag for my stuff. Thank u SNS for accomodating late night shoppers.
