As long as you are expecting cheap and cheerful merchandise then Rups Big Bear will meet your expectations! Good for house hold goods but nothing that will stand the test of time. Excellent for kids parties, plastic wear and random things like glass jars or fairy lights!

Poor service.prices on thr shelves do not match with what is charged at the counters. Perfer to Visit Mark Street branch rather than Raiwaqa as their service is better.

Wide range of goods but management staff are very pathetic attitude towards customers. Everyone should go for customer service training.learn how to serve your customers

If u looking for affordable stuff, rups is your place. Due to rups, low income earners can now have some decent things for their household.

Super friendly staff and amazing variety of items.super cheap and vary affordable. Fashion department is a must see. You will not be disappointed.

Rups Big Bear has kitchen Utensils, furniture's for homes, babies prams, toys playthings, Clothes for all ages and genders, fabrics etc.
If only they had a Chemist and Supermarket, so that they could be a One Stop Shop.

Overall good experience at the rups carnival but it seemed they staff were decreased.only one managing the top floor

The compound is spacious. There is separate buildings for furnitures, house hold items and etc. Lots of parking space outside. Not very busy, most of the time.

Well, Rups sells basically (almost) everything.kitchen, dining, bedroom, lounge, bath, garage, garden, roof.hardware.tools.the whole works.and they're dead affordable too.
When its quality n for long lasting use is what youre after.best to look elswhere.but thats only my opinion

The customer service is okay, not the best. Being followed around is not a nice feeling as it makes me feel like I’m under suspicion for being a potential thief and it really makes me feel unwelcome. I recommend staff be taught how to approach customers in a friendlier way. If you’re on a budget or if you’re a Scrooge like me who doesn’t like spending a lot of money on household items such as cups, plates and clothes baskets, then I highly recommend this place for you!
