Other facilities like bank ATM restaurants doctor pharmacy etc also in this place. Parking is quite easy.

A lot of good options available for food. I wish there were more fresh products and produce available. I'm used to an Australian supermarket so they didn't have everything that I was after.

A good variety for the store that it was. Staff were friendly and easy to converse with.

Hygiene in the vegetable section is required. The smell of rotten onions were unbearable.
Overall the staff are friendly abd accommodating

Our bags got stolen at the baggage counter and the management do not want to take responsibility of the lost baggage. Such a shame.

Very clean. Clean meat section too.
Very spacious so you have enough space to walk around without someone breathing down your neck. Air conditioned, have a variety of stuff. Basically a one stop supermarket. Location is based in a area where you have restaurants and a men's barbar, pharmacy, theater etc. Ample parking space too.

Great range of groceries and also has a bottle shop. Prices are excellent, staff are helpful and friendly.

Has the basics and a bit of a variety if you looking for something other then the normal. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are also other services and goods available within reach should you need it like the cinema, restaurants clinic and pharmacy, to name a few.

Found this supermarket very expensive compared to others in the area. Staff are friendly but can sense tension from superiors (unhealthy).

A big supermarket with lots of choices. One can basically find anything they need. Conveniently located within everyone's reach.

The vibes are just off.
I stepped in with a bag and there was this girl on the door calling me from behind as if I were a stray dog. Impolite and lacks modesty towards customers. I suspect she was new cause I'm a regular at RB. However, she was too mature to be taught common understandings.arrgggggghhh you ruined my evening miss

Prices are quite fair. But sometimes products are overpriced. Overall RB Patel is a good supermarket, along with very friendly and helpful staff.but there is room for improvement.

I am a loyal, regular customer at this particular store, i literally shop every week. The place is highly convenient with all essentials under one roof. However my concern are certain staffs approach towards certain customers, displaying unfriendly behaviour and looks the moment we step in the shop. They stare and follow us around stealthily making us feel uncomfortable and irritated while trying to focus on shopping. This is something so unprofessional for a highly reputable company. Please, whoever is the boss, look a little closer on the staffs etiquette towards simple customer service and orientation.

It's a great place to have lunch with friends, go to the movies and has a bakery and plenty of parking space

In general, the supermarket is a one stop shop where 80-90% of the time they have what you need!

On the other hand, since we're still in the Covid-19 phase, I suggest they either give a thorough wash or wipe down to their trolleys and baskets.

This is because each and every day you have so many people use these and if they aren't cleaned on a regular basis, they start to build up a sticky and "ICKY" feeling especially on the handles just as I have experienced on multiple occasions.

So yes that's just my one concern regarding the cleanliness and safety of the customers to try and avoid transmission of any bacteria.

Lots of points of interest thats accessible. Movie theatre, hot bread kitchen, etc. All near mercury hotel.

Lacks fresh fruits and vegetables like onions and potatoes are mostly damaged or close to getting rotten

The shop itself is great but the drivers in this place are crazy! Almost got reversed into by 2 different cars at the same time trying to get out of the car park. The taxis are the worst reverse and do not care about who they might reverse into. Suggestion would be to change the traffic lights or to reopen the left turn in front of ice bar. Park at your own risk

Use to be reasonably priced with decent selection

Recent changes have seen big drop in selection and huge price increases. Examples soda water 100%, wine 50%, crisps 50%, chocolate 100%, cheese 30% increase for same goods prior to renovations.

Worthwhile to go extra few miles to get better prices and selection

Really disappointed and family, friends and myself will no longer be customers

This is in Nadi & similar to any RB outlet where you can buy groceries and all. Very convenient.
