RB Patel Centerpoint

This is one of the very supermarket I visited - 3 decades ago.

Surprisingly, ther isn't much changes to the place - except for the shops at the far end. But the big carpark is still awesome.

The competitive pricing still exist here. I would agree that certain items are just cheaper (this is a normal day without the weekend special/discount).

The staffs are friendly trying to assist me to boost the shopping experience so definitely a plus for any shoppers.

I particularly like the "wheelbarrow" assistance that's available by RB Patel supermarket - its such a thoughtful concept to help shoppers and also to provide employments to other needy individuals. So this is a win-win approach. Just remarkable!

I visited it today (16.08.2023) due to the newly introduced ePayment via #SOLE app - it an evolution with this feature rich mobile payment platform.

With #Sole mobile payment available, definitely more shoppings be done here as well

The grocery store is okay overall. They just need to work on staff having manners and work on their attitude. Also their management need to be trained. You don't yell at an employee for whatever reason in front of customers. It's unnecessary and rude, brings off a negative atmosphere. If your employees make a mistake, Kindly wait to have a one on one with them later or after they finish assisting a customer. Was so disgusted with how management treats their employees at this specific location.

Terrible food and expensive! All vegetables and fruits are terrible and I don't know if it's a supermarket or rups big bear
We already have rups. Investing on staffs to sell other items to run around after you to put their names on your items are plain stupid! Seriously only quarter of the space inside is for grocery

Love doing my shopping there cause it's more spacious, clean and well presented where things are easily found.

Vinaka RB Centerpoint

The only point of improvement is if they could have MPaisa payment available at RB supermarkets. Other than that, it is spacious, provides a variety of products and parking available. Also has BSP Atm close by.

It's a very convenient supermarket. You have a BSP ATM outside and fresh fruit and vegetable stalls and inside you have everything from groceries to household items. Very convenient.

The most convenient Supermarket I admired. The layout is good and everything you want is available at this supermarket. Additionally I can buy crops, vegetables and other market crops outside the supermarket and no need to go to Suva. I live in Kinoya which is more accessible to me. Hotbread Kitchen, Pharmacy, Vinod Patel, Fish Shop all at Centrepoint. No better shopping place than Centrepoint

I would like to say thank you to one of their staff Deepak Nilesh Singh for his assistance he went beyond duty to save me from embarrassment at the counter.he recognized me a regular shopper and did not hesitate to assist it's very hard to find employees who go beyond duty for customers I was fortunate to have that experience at RB Patel Center Point.

Well manage covid protocols by the staff, not very crowded. Did basic grocery shopping and checked out.

Veru strict with all COVID-19 Measures in place. CareFiki app scan or QR Code version mask social distancing of 2mtrs

Very well organised in their response to covid. Line is long but it was fast. Really like the fact that the police officers were there to assist and control the crowd.

Not many people at the supermarket this afternoon. Impressed with Covid measures at the front door and shoppers with masks observing the distancing rules right up to the counter. Staff were helpful- always enjoy the shopping experience here.

Has a Supermarket, Bread Shop, Fish shop, grog shop, Restaurant and takeaway food outlet and ample parking for added convenience

It's very expensive and the meat section is just disgusting. The smell and the meat is not appealing due to the presentation and freshness.

Unlike any other supermarkets. RB PATEL CENTREPOINT has it from general needs to anything u name it they have it. Also customer service at this supermarket is great.

RB Patel Centrepoint is a pretty useful place. The shopping complex has a supermarket, Hot BREAD shop, Kava Shop, Fish Shop and a few others. It is located within a highly populated area.
There are also market vendors just outside the centre selling fresh produce, root crops and vegetables. In the evenings BBQ stands are setup.
Because it is in the middle of a highly populated area, parking becomes something of a commodity depending on the time of day. Morning and during the day in the week is usually empty. Evenings makes parking hard as it's a last stop before home for many families.

Free parking and wide variety of goods at great bargains. Excellent service, one of the few supermarkets that have assistants deliver goods to the car, such a great help for customers.

Nice shop but am not a fan with their frozen food section. Meat looks dull, storage is dirty and smelly.

Good super market good service and you can find most of the stuffs u need.parking available as well.
