Great customer service from the BSP tellers. Met with 2 Indian bankers they were really polite and helpful. Excellant job, keep up the good work. The security officer was unprofessional - that treated me rudely, pulling my shoulder. Especially when u traveler.

The staff we had today at the jewellery section was pretty rude and wasn’t interested in serving us or probably being there at all. Felt uncomfortable and didn’t end up buying anything from there. However, the lady by the Pure Fiji booth was so lovely and friendly I ended buying a lot of products from there. Prouds, you might wanna consider who you hire as salesperson as that person can make or break the deal.

I quite liked the charms I bought for a pandora bracelet owned by my mother. Though I was put off by some of the customer service produced, the salesperson at the purefiji booths was really welcoming and kind

The mall have lots of places to eat on top floor. Didn't visit Prouds store as it looks far too expensive and overpriced. Other shops are good

Most central location in the city. Very near the Suba bus stand. Surrounded by shops and malls. You will find all types of eateries near this place.

Had a very goo experience in Prouds Shopping Complex. Staff are very friendly, helpful and smell very good. Location of this shop is convenient. Variety of different items on sale. Might be pricy but good quality.

Big brands and clean shop. Decent staff and affordable prices.

The Prouds shopping complex is a fun place to be of you don't mind spending a little more than your usual luxury shops. Yes, I say it's a luxury shop because half of the people I meet are looking for ornaments or jewelry. Besides that, Prouds also houses many of the day to day household items and electronics as well as clothes and accessory section.
The only negative I have had at this place was customer service, it wasn't disappointing but the customer service wasn't up to standards as portrayed. Nevertheless, the staff were friendly (the ones I met anyway) and seems like a fun place to be.
P. S, If you plan on purchasing watches from here, I recommend you come updated as to what you want as you might be misled about some features etc.

Prouds duty free. Great range of products from Perfumes, Chocolates, Toys and electronics. Parking is upstairs. Located in the city center around a very busy street.

Great place to grab a bite to eat. Couple of shops all around. A nice place. Go check it out for a better experience.

When eating at the food court make sure that you go at mid day! Most restaurants offer you food from the previous day when going for brunch thinking that customers with not taste nor eat it.

Parking available on 3rd floor, restraunts located on 2nd floor which has the best soup place in town " Yangs".

I like their sale. Last one year, they had almost half a dozen sale. That's the good time to buy liquor, perfumes and some good stuff.
Other times, it's good to do window shopping only.

Popular eating place esp for the working class. Variety of food. Soup at Yang's is a must try. The cafe is also a good place to try out.

Food expensive but the worth. Get full satisfaction. First l was surprised at the cost but enjoyed the taste. Would recommend everyone but but parking please find elsewhere too expensive.

It's kind of hidden. Particularly the food court. It has varies of stalls. Only thing is it's not as popular as Tapoo. But it has decent place to pass time during the day.

A great place to buy branded products with a good shopping experience. Their sales are the best with good discounts.

Enjoy shoping in this place just the customer service needs to be uplifted as the staff don't have that bula spirit in them
