They have a backbag policy. Saw sign outside. Totally get it. Apparenly downstairs staff took offense to my medium sized bag from Nagindas. Maybe I looked like a pick pocket or something. I walked straight out and crossed road into Tappoos. Way better customer and yes they did not have a problem with my shoppng bag from nother stop.

Had the worst experience at this store walked in the store no communication whatsoever was followed around incessantly and was finally told no backpacks even though my bag was not a backpack and as a tourist from overseas I would think you would welcome any sales especially from tourists who are willing to spend their money there…. I would give zero stars if I could word of advice customers do not like being followed around constantly as it is a deterrent from wanting to make a purchase and communication is key with your customers coming in and out of the store. Nadi town prouds store.

Very big department store. Located in nadi town and is a 2storey complex. All Designer brands are available there. Prices are at upper end. But during a sale prices are reduced up to 40%.

Prouds store here in Fiji means fashion goodware latest gadgets and all new and keeping in touch with the latest world of change is all you will find in all prouds shop. In Nadi town prouds is located along the main street and you can never miss it cause of its massive size and big blue billboards.they sell branded clothing to perfumes bags jewellery white goods cosmetics and to world reknown brands.ideal place to buy gifts for a friend you want to impress and they also have their refreshment centre in their double storey building with whole more item of shapes and sizes to browse from.it also had a parking space for those that want to bring their cars and is public friendly.shouldn't fail to amuse you.

Zigzag serves by far the greatest chicken and chips and it comes with a drink of your choice (1.25L). Oh and their cheese cakes are to die for.

Not actually a Mall just a department store. Very overpriced and poor service. Plenty of staff but they need more training on customer service. They follow you around the store and get right into your space. Just makes you want to walk out. Prouds Duty Free Stores have a poor selection & they are far too expensive.

Customers are judged more by their dressing than what they really would like to purchase.
In Nadi shop
Staffs in cosmetics/jewlery and perfume sections are so full of personal gossip then serving customers who dare wear flops or are casual dressed.
On the other hand staffs downstairs are just amazing. Very helpful and suggestive in gifts.
Same for Arrivals staff - very attentive and just very good

A decent store in Fiji. They have good collection of branded goods. Most of the stores have parking space for customers. Staff are OK but customer service is not that great. Display is neat and friendly.
