Awesome is the one word to describe excellence. The prices are not really reasonable overall for certain foods items if you are looking to buy groceries. Not really for an average earner to buy groceries for household but of course no doubt sells some really handy items from all sorts of items such as food, electrical appliances, and other handy imported goods.

Coles, Woolies.get the general idea? For you Aussies out there. This is how The IGA supermarkets are set up. Home away from home. To us Fijians, this is a place to buy things we generally cannot find in any other supermarket. The vibe is different. Check it out.

They need to do something about the Fly issue in the front of their shop. It's surely a health risk that Min of Health need to look into

Items very expensive. Food outlet needs to be extended. Very congested. Not enough space for customers to move. Thank you

Clean, well stocked and they always have specials going on. They have a grab and go, with fresh and yum fish and chips. Fastfood prices are pretty reasonable. Open 7 days a week. It's very hard to find parking.

Love the shopping experience but there has to be more choices in the section for pets. There are lots of canine products but very little feline.

Loved the place it's usually crowded good affordable prices and great customer service.transportation will not be a issue. Oh and the store is neat and tidy you can actually sleep on the floor I definitely recommend this store

Prices are good and reasonable always, items are easy to locate, and the place is well kempt and clean.
Bakery- best bread ever, however it would be nicer if (on the price sticker) allergy information eg, nuts/ eggs, is displayed.
Some items may have not been stocked timely (recent change after opening of Waiyavi branch)

Great shopping environment with friendly staff, thumps up on hygiene on food, fruits and vegetables.lots of parking space too for customers

Good service and variety of products. However, IGA is finding difficulties to incorporate covid protocols and to maintain quick movement.

It's spacious aisles and wide variety of quality groceries make it a great shopping centre. Also has a snack bar with tasty affordable fast food.
The only down side for me would be that their parking lot is at the back of the store which is a small bit of a walk away.

Wide variety of items for shopping. Smaller area for cashiers to process makes it a bit conjested and crowdy

Located just opposite to the Lautoka Bus Station, New World supermarket has wide range of food items to choose from. It also has variety of household items. Frozen foods and Meats are of good quality. They also have a bakery and restaurant in the store. Quick and easily accessible for all.

It's clean n on top of that it's a one stop supermarket where you get everythings groceries, veggies, bakery n even takeaways too and very reasonable prices too.

New World prices were awesome. Crest No18 was cheap and so was the chicken thighs. But I just go there because of the friendly services from the counter girls. Neworld Ltka, keep it up.

I went to new world today and one of the cashiers were very rude. She was like 'don't you understand english'. I now understand why I didn't used to go to new world. I hope new world will look at this situation and improve the behaviour of the cashiers and tell them to stop being sassy.

Quality for potatoes and onion is not up to what one would call iga standard. I think quality should be paramount here. Evrybody in the shop working sounds like the manager of the shop. Should know how to talk and use words accordingly in the manner its supposed to be used. Staffs should sound calm and not frustrated about working.

Conveniently located opposite Lautoka market and bus stand, the supermarket offers almost everything one can ask for. Air-conditioned as well.

Too congested.bumping into each other.trolleys left at cashier's.should look into getting staff to store away empty trolleys.need more aisle space.long queue to checkout
