I ordered online and I messaged them for questions and details regarding my order. I got in touch with Taz, and I got a quick reply and had all my questions answered. Communication is top-notched! On the day of the delivery, they also sent me updates regarding my order. Quality gifts as well. Highly recommend!

Taz went over and beyond on this delivery. It was a bit out of town with country roads with no street signs. But with proper communication via WhatsApp video and a lot of patience she managed to find the place and deliver it in time for my daughters birthday. This too on a Saturday afternoon when she was closed. Thank you for your efforts. Will definitely buy again from you in future. She really does have excellent customer service and does take the extra mile when needed to ensure her customers needs are fulfilled on time.

My first time to use My Fiji Store. They were just amazing and I am impressed by their dedication. They helped make my mother-in-law’s birthday more special as we live overseas.
