Maui Bay Supermarket reviews
21It's OK. Prices are good and reasonable selection. Best to shop there if you at a resort as the resort priced are expensive.
A place to stop over and have lunch if you're on your way to Suva City or Hotels nearby
A bit overpriced comparing to other retail stores in a tourist hot spot area. Coke products sold are either expired or pretty old stock. Not a very good place to stop over for shopping
Great stop over. Restaurant nearby. Shops and supermarket cater to the villas nearby and the picnic spot. *cheapest roti parcel is not from the shop but from a lady that sells at the picnic spot.
Handy shop. Hasn't got a huge range but the prices are ok. Staff are always nice and has the basics
Nicer than getting hassled in Sigatoka!

Good for groceries. No idea if pricing is good as haven't bought elsewhere here to compare. We purchased what we needed. Staff very friendly.
It's a nice little setup in a spot that has no competition for miles around. And the prices show it. I wouldn't do my weekly grocery shopping here, but it's good for picking something up on a road trip.
More expensive than other supermarkets but i guess it's understandable as it has its own market to serve i.e. Tourists from nearby hotels, commuters on the Queens Highway and residents of Maui.
Come down and enjoy a meal, do your grocery shopping and stop over to enjoy the scenery plus fill your gas up if your driving to Suva or to the west.

We found the staff very helpful. You'll find what you need here. A basic but well stocked supermarket.
Small supermarket with a reasonable selection of food, drinks and alcohol. Fresh fruit and vegetables varies according to what is delivered. Lovely friendly staff. Always a great Bula welcome!

Stayed in a resort at maui bay.the area is ok.felt safer in the resort.the supermarket is like a scene from Dante's inferno.was so hot i nearly passed out.its hot there.but with a room full of chillers and freezers pumping hot air str8 into the room it wasn't pleasant. Reasonable selection.quite expensive.alcohol in a cage that they let you into.

Maui Bay need to sort out their photos and Google entries. This one should be for the SuperMarket, and yet the reviews are for their restaurant. For the Supermarket - its a large well stocked market for locals. AirCon, and sells beer/wine too and ice creams. Only food really - no tourist stuff, except flip flops and playing cards. Great for daily provisions and snacks.
There is a nice breakfast restaurant at the hotel nearby. Reasonable prices. Cheaper that most hotels in the area.
A 30 min walk from the Naviti resort along narrow walk paths (no pavements) inches from lumbering trucks and coaches, the Maui Bay Supermarket is a little oasis in the middle of wilderness (and expensive resorts). (actually the walk isn't that bad, all vehicles take care for pedestrians.)
While a little sparse, it covers all the basics including suncream and aloe Vera aftersun gel, and is substantially cheaper than the resort shops. Locals get their provisions from there, big bags of rice and frozen chicken etc, so it's not a tourist scam spot.
A small bottle shop attached, slightly more than regional Aussie bottle-os. Huge variety of chips (crisps) and plenty of cold soft drinks.
Don't get a taxi as they will ream you for the 2km distance. I've heard F$20.
