Worst service there can ever be
I came to see a doctor because of continuous head ache on 17 July 23 I reached around 5 pm and waited till 8pm than I came back the next day at 12 pm and waited till 2 people who came after me were called because of the favoritism of the security guards please officials look into this matter and I'll makesure it goes viral

Very unorganised hospital, nurses got no idea if you call them regarding the patient…despite of giving all the details of the patient, attitude is the biggest problem, unprofessional behaviour and unprofessional employment as registered nurses.
My family member is admitted from last week MONDAY 12/06/2023 in serious condition, unfortunately nothing has happened or done by LAUTOKA HOSPITAL IN FIJI from the doctors & nurses till now to the patient. All we hear from doctors and nurses is the main doctors is coming tomorrow than again tomorrow and so on.
HONESTLY THEY NEED GENERAL COUNSELLING ON HOW TO TREAT PATIENTS WHEN THEY ADMITTED, TAKING CARE OF THE PATIENTS, ABILITY TO ANSWER TO PATIENTS FAMILIES IF THEY NEED HELP.

Totally unacceptable behaviour of nurses in LAUTOKA HOSPITAL, remember you guys don’t work for free. At least save someone’s life and their family members breadwinner will bless your family.

TO THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH DEPARTMENT, if the presidents family member is in serious condition admitted in Lautoka Hospital, will he or she be treated on the spot or you will await for 1 week till the treatment starts when it’s too late for the patient.
AS A CITIZEN OF FIJI WE ALL SHOULD LOOK EQUALLY as same right I TAUKEI BROTHER/SISTER.

Security guards were very friendly n understandable as well as doctors were very supportive, but some of the nurses they act as if they r the doctor as if they own the hospital.attitude of the nurses needs to be changed towards patients and others.
Parking is not an issue.always available
Had an emotional experience

Lautoka hospital still requires all entering the building to wear masks. The Dental, Maternity, Eye clinic and Blood banks are some of the departments at Lautoka hospital. The General Outpatients are seen at the Punjas and Kamikamica health Centres and referrals from these health centres are seen in the special departments in Lautoka Hospital.

Loved the place Doctors and Nurses are so polite? Except for the security guards.emergency ward are always on alert ️ as it's emergency of course Parking spots is just enormous.

Would be a bonus if the hospital had a fully functional morgue and freezers that kept the deceased well preserved until their burials. It could also do with a total refurbishment and new equipment especially the gurneys, that have seen better days. They're extremely rusted and not a good sight especially when family members utilize these to clean and dress their dearly departed. The morgue could be set up and utilized in a more sanitized and dignified manner.

Thanking all the staff including Janitorial staff for the great services they providing during this Pandemic. My brother is currently hospitalized and he is so happy with his care at hospital. The nurses are frequently reminding patients for hand washing and mask to keep themselves and others safe. I would like to thank the hospital staffs for their great time, effort and care they providing for my family member. You all have put your families aside to take care of our loved ones. I want to give negative stars, impolite, not helpful and kept transferring me to different wards

Folders are misplaced and not found when needed whereby patients have to wait for long hours.
Requesting if this service could be improved which would be better for not only other patients as well as it would be easy for the staffs to find the patients information.

I'd give this hospital a negative score if that was an option. Though I appreciate the doctors and specialists are understaffed and resourced and they have a lot on their plate, I think the admin staff (who can easily be replaced with people who actually want to do the job) are exceptionally rude, uncompassionate and careless. Not for the first time my mum was given an appointment for the urology dept but when we arrived, we got told that there was no clinic on that date! The staff nurse in question treated this error (for the 2nd time) as a non-event, said it was ok, and we should make another appointment (a misleading term as you need to take a number and wait to be called) and come back tomorrow. My mother has recently survived stroke, my Dad and I had to take leave from work and for the staff nurse looking after this, this wasted trip was "ok". No booking was made. I think a lot of confusion, back and forth, rework and people's health can be optimised if the staff here can be taught some basic customer service and the non-performers sent home! These people work as if they're doing you a favour, when it's tax payers money funding their pay.

There is good service here, but the upsetting part is that they do not provide operational hours for radiology, blood work, and visiting hours. It would be helpful if the hours were posted.

Most helpful operator and oncologist staff though would appreciate the receptionist staff do not speak loudly of private matters that are between a doctor and patient like a person's condition. Found it most stressful.

Needs major renovating and there's alot of out-dated equipment that needs replaced! Seems to be always dirty. 3 stars for the hardworking nurses and doctors. Can't imagine the kind of talent needed to providing the best services possible with such limited resources and a depressive work environment.

The security sucks. Anti people only allows relatives or people they know in after visiting hours.

Doctors are not giving gud service.some people are sick n waiting from morning at 11am to 5pm n still no doctors
