Pathetic service given especially in Damodar despite how fancy the inside of the spa is, fully recommend Pink Love. They are very friendly and offer great and satisfying services.

Walked in to get Wash and Blow Dry only. Totally have no knowledge how to treat customers. Throwing combs and clips around with attitude. Upon telling this guy not to be very harsh and pull my hair while blow drying he still did it. He just refused to pay attention. He got the blow dryer so close to my scalp that I felt the extreme heat which nearly burnt my scalp. When I looked at this guy he wasn’t paying attention to my hair rather he was day dreaming and looking outside. Pathetic service. It’s just the name now. Garbage service by Jade Damodar City Suva.

Overseas traveller. I booked appointment for manicure with acrylic infill and shellac polish and pedicure with shellac. Lela did a wonderful and thorough job and has an eye for detail. I am very happy with her work and would recommend highly. Overall, it was a nice and very pleasant experience and I found the staff to be very professional and courteous. Thank you and I shall return on my next visit.

I asked the hairdresser to just cut the split ends, but he gave me horrible layers. He curled my hair and did not show me how it looked from behind when I was there so I paid and left without knowing.

My partner and I went to this spa place after looking all over the city for a decent place. It was more or less her first time having a massage so I was hoping for a good experience…. Best massage ever, for BOTH of us! In one hour our masseuses did our entire body front and back, balancing the work on all sides. Would recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing, rejuvenating time. Ask for Sai!

Rude and entitled. Today Friday the 20th i went in and asked for a service. The two ladies there were cold shouldered. I was polite and quite and never showed any frustration. Its so disappointing that Jade Picks and Chooses what customers to serve. You could've just kindly said that you were busy etc rather than sitting and staring and making it awkward.guess you need to look like a Millionaire to be served at Jades MHCC. Btw 15 dollars is not less. Money is money Better go to Pink Love lol.
