I spotted a sarong I thought would be nice for my wife - but had no clue how to make it into a dress. The ladies let me make an entire video of how it’s done.

Awesome experience in denarau but very rude cashier in JACKS! Upon asking her for the vat return, she assumed tht I’m residing in Nadi and don’t need it probably. Bluntly asking have u already done shopping of 500! Anywys overall was good but I think more friendly staffs should be at the cashier so we can feel good in buying things as since other staffs were very friendly.thank you

Lovely friendly staff who would help you with anything. Wanted to tip the lovely lady who helped me and was told she could not take my tip.

Shopped at Port Denarau branch. Today was a busy day for us but Immanuel made our shopping experience easier. Thank you for your kind service and patience. Jacks Denarau Sales representatives are a bit biased when it comes to assiting customers, We had travelled from Nadi town to buy a few shirts as the Nadi shop was closed due to power outage. Only to have the Jacks Denarau staff ignore us for a whole 15mins. We had come to buy 15 shirts for a Fuction. I had checked the labels and tried reaching the top hangers but still no staff reached out for assistance. They ignored us, 3 staffs laughing and chatting in a corner, a female staff even walked past me to join the conversation. Only after looking around for staff and
saying loudly isnt anyone going to assist. Did some one say oh. You want something? I may not be a tourist but i sure do buy more than they do. Just an advice, please ask Staff to be friendly and more assitive with the locals. Lets not be two faced when the tourist are in. Customer Service Training should do the trick. 29/09/22 3.40pm

Probably your best bet for gifts, the other shops have limited and old stock. Staffs were nice
