This was my first time getting a manicure and it was great, lovely staffs and my nails turned out exactly how I wanted it.

Totally ruined my hair. I went in to get permanent hair straightening last week. The relaxant was left in over 40 mins despite the instructions saying to wash out after 10. After washing it out and trying to dry and brush it is when it was evident something had gone terribly wrong. The relaxant had made my hair so delicate even touching it was making it break. I held some in 2 hands and it was breaking like it was candyfloss. Had to leave after a protein treatment but could not even get it combed as the hair was all coming out onto the brush. The treatment didn't help at all as after it dried it was no better, very fragile, dry and brittle. Coming back home have had to spend a great deal of time and money to try to fix this up now. This is going to take weeks and a lot of treatments to fix.
Would not go anywhere near this salon again.
