They are just sitting in office sipping tea. We had a worst experience in Fiji. Visited Nakelo Treasure Resort Mamanuca Islands Nadi and they threatened us to either pay extra which was around double the cost or they would not let us leave the island. We were not even provided the helpline number by fiji government or indian embassy on entering fiji soil.

Today i visited IHC for passport pick up.
IHC really very helpful for all and they try to help everyone and solve every problem.

It was hard to find but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Its at level 5.
