So disorganised and unh

We made a booking for a Sunday massage, one day in advance, we show up and are asked to wait 30 mins (okay.but what's the point of making a booking then) and 30 mins later the staff come out and say nope we can't do it today. Not once did the staff apologise or express any remorse like our time means nothing. Waste of time would not recommend to anyone who values money and time

We made a reservation and they weren’t available. They asked us to wait 30 min and assured us that we would get a time. After 40 minutes passed, they still didn’t have any time and we wasted 2 hours of our Sunday without getting a time even after booking two hours in advance. No apologies from the staff or the owner. Terrible experience overall, I would never recommend anyone to come here.

Offers a wide range of services such as hair n beauty, spa n massage, etc at reasonable prices. I had laser hair removal treatment and acupuncture and cupping. Good customer service and well trained staff.

My cousin came to your place to get her hair washed and trimmed but the hairdresser (Mili) persisted in curling her hair after my cousin repeatedly asked for a quick wash and trim. 5 minutes into the treatment Mili started to curl her hair. This lack of professionalism and stupidity to ignore the customer's request shows Mili's inability to provide quality to customers. Please fire her or at least avoid her when you're going to this Spa. The Asian guy, on the other hand, worked with pure class and extra care with my other cousin's hair. Thank you
