The resort is about 2 km long do the Bula Express hotel shuttle is a great way to get around the resort.

The resort's amenities were outstanding, offering something for everyone in the family. The pools were pristine and inviting, providing a refreshing escape from the Fijian sun. The spa, with its indulgent treatments, was a haven of relaxation. We also enjoyed the diverse dining options, where the culinary offerings showcased the rich flavors of Fiji.

Our accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. The spacious rooms were tastefully decorated, and the private patio allowed us to soak in the breathtaking sunset views. The attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness throughout the resort were evident, ensuring a comfortable and safe stay.

In conclusion, our time at the Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa was a perfect blend of luxury, natural beauty, and heartfelt hospitality. Our family left with cherished memories, grateful for the wonderful experiences we had. She explained the tour packages that were available. She suggested a private tour, and it was the best decision for my family.

Beautiful beach resort. We had to wait 10-15miniutes for the carts to take us to our room or lobby.

Title: Disappointing Experience for Birthday Stay

Review:
I recently stayed at this hotel for my birthday, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite multiple requests for the room to be decorated for the occasion, the hotel failed to fulfill this simple request, which left me feeling disappointed and unappreciated.

Moreover, I encountered a significant inconvenience during my stay. The housekeeping staff mistakenly threw away a crucial item - a suction cup for my medical necessary contacts. This oversight led to me being unable to remove my glass contacts for the duration of my stay, which was not only uncomfortable but also potentially detrimental to my eye health.

I believe that such oversights and lack of attention to guest requests demonstrate a lack of professionalism and care on the part of the hotel staff. As a paying guest, I expected a certain level of service and consideration, which sadly was not met during my stay. I even wrote in to guest relations and haven’t received a response. I hope that the hotel management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests.

I regret to say that I cannot recommend this hotel based on my recent stay.

This is a good hotel that provides government mandated quarantine services as such they make sure that guests' experiences are great. I enjoyed my 14 day stay here and would recommended it to anyone who is coming to FIji.

I was fortunate enough to be treated to a spa treatment here by my niece. My treatment included a facial, back and leg massage, pedi and a mani. The place is quite beautiful and it is pleasantly fragrant which is a testament to the products they sell and use. The staff are awesome and the service they offer is worth the price. Do not be fooled by the petite women because they pack a punch when massaging you The products they use whether massaging or carrying out a manicure are quality so you can feel the effects.

My family and I enjoyed the facilities very much. The meals were a little lack lustre but understandable considering the economic conditions. Definitely returning in future.

I have stayed at this resort several times over the last 8 years and it has gotten big, too big. I stayed there June 19 and was placed at the far end of the hotel (the long end) which is a very long way from the main facilities. You can either call for a buggy or wait for the resort bus. Both options take a while so I ended up walking most of the time and got a nice blister for my troubles. I stayed in a two bedroom unit which had great facilities which were not very well maintained. Kitchen had extensive water damage, dish drawer dishwasher not fixed in place, broken and missing tiles from terrace, missing handle from bathroom partition, damage to ceiling in one bathroom where the glass partition slid. Over all I had a pleasant stay but this is a 5 star hotel and it ain’t cheap to stay here so I really expected more. They really need to focus on maintaining what they have rather than making the resort even bigger.

The place is not that fancy/posh compared to other hotels in denarau island, but the staff are super friendly and their service is superb. Food in their restaurants are a hit and miss sometimes.so don't expect a michelin star dining.

Villa room, private beach, cruises /activities,
pools, staff and views of the mountains and weather were all fantastic!

But. If you don't mind the ordinary continental breakfast some of it from the can and the birds as your guests; or lunch or dinner at resort costing you almost $50 a plate with the company of Mosquitos; or the almost $1000 bond.
Oh and be careful with money transfer to your credit card using wi-fi.

Relaxing but expensive like all of denerau. Food nothing outstanding but nice. Adults only area great for relaxing if you don't have children. Double billing with friends but was sorted along with. Being ripped off taking a denerau taxi to lautoka. Would have been a lot cheaper taking local taxi. Wasn't told how much it was going to cost before we organized. Probably would not stay again. Maybe our expectations were too high given the Hilton brand.

Not off to a good start. Key doesn’t work. They want us to wait while it gets repaired. 20 minutes later. Different room. Bag of laundry from last Island. No laundry machines. Hilton?

Made it to a room. No desk. One chair. No place to put anything. Bathtub occupies 40% of bathroom. Very outdated design. Wife attempts to do laundry in sink. So 1940’s. Wife stuck in shower. Door will not open.takes both of us to open.
Update; maintenance solution don’t close shower door. As stated in other reviews avoid Sylvia at the front desk. Two star hotel at 6 star prices.

Beautiful place. Wonderful staff- Sam, Niko, and Melvin especially. Very large. Plenty to do. Very clean. Very comfortable. But I wish there was a different food selection inside the restaurants.

Been here twice before. Probably the classiest resort on this strip of hotels. The new adults pool and restaurant gives you a chance for some peace and quiet if thats what your looking for.
I do find the service a bit below par for a top hotel. But this is Fiji and nothing happens in a hurry.
The daily activities were virtually non existant and wasnt exactly encouraged which was a bit lazy from some of the resort staff.
The rest of the staff however are friendly polite which is what you expect here.
Overall would i stay here again?
Probably although it is getting a bit too expensive and the food needs to improve.

I've stayed at many Hilton resorts and hotels but this one is just so lacklustre. For the price they charge it's just not up to scratch. Lots of children running riot, don't get me wrong I don't mind kids but there's no adult only parts to this resort, if you had come here on a honeymoon you would be devastated. It just has none of that magic that you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. Facilities are tired and public amenities in restaurants and poolside aren't maintained to a high or even reasonable degree.

Nuku restaurant was particularly awful, we ordered two starters and two salads for mains. Waited half an hour and the mains arrived, we asked the waiter to take it back to the kitchen as we hadn't received our starters yet, another 15 minutes passed and the starters arrived. These were actually pretty good. Once the plates had been cleared the salads were returned to the table within minutes - clearly they were the same salads as before. I had a Caesar, the croutons were soggy and the salad warm, I'd opted for extra grilled chicken which has been forgotten. At that point I sent it back and asked for the bill. Very disappointed.

Hilton I know you will read this, sort this resort out.people are paying good money to come here, you have a fantastic location but your guest relations and service aren't up to scratch. You owe it to your hard working customers. I hate leaving poor reviews but sometimes people deserve to know what they're going to get.
