Jason picked us up from the airport and transferred our family of 5 to the Shangri La, Fiji resort. He was awesome. He had car seats for our kids and even allowed us to stop for a few groceries. Hetal tours is highly recommended for transfers and tours. For the transfers, Paras and Shiva not only ensured that we got to our destination safely and on time but their engaging and friendly manner made us feel as if you were getting picked up by an old friend. The full day tour we took was incredible value - we went all around Nadi (Sri Siva Subramaniya Temple, mud pools, garden of the sleeping giant, village, first landing resort, markets, lunch, etc.) at our own pace and with great commentary/conversation throughout it. We could have done more except that we were too tired at the end. Excellent all around!

Myself and all of our friends only uses Paras and the team for all of our transport for the past 6 years. I personally won't use anyone else in Fiji. We have also used them for business trips all around the island.

We have been using Paras and his family for pick ups and transfers for more than 6 years now and we always call or email or text them when we go to Fiji. Their service is second to none. I have been knowing The Owner of Hetal Tours from past 30 years. The best taxi services he provided me always. Hetal Tours is just a call away very professional and caring person as a driver. Mr Rams personality as a caring and humble person says it all. You will never feel left alone when you ride with him. One of the best Transportation service with in Nadi Area in Fiji. Always on time and well kept property. When ever I go to Fiji I make reservations in advance for pick ups and drop offs! Very Helpful and knowledgeable about places in Fiji!

Occasionally I need to travel to Fiji for work. A business contact in New Zealand recommended using Hetal for airport pickups, taxi'ing around Nadi, and chauffeuring between Nadi and Suva. Me and my wife love travelling Fiji and visited there twice. August 2019 and June 2022. The only problem is having a reliable and safe transport during stays. I met Shiva as my day trip tour place (Seventh Heaven) booked this Hetal transfer for us to go back to our hotel after a day tour and since then me and my wife only been with this transfer company during our stays. We moved our hotels many times during 11 days of holiday in Fiji and they were always on time (actually 10-15 minutes earlier and one time our boat got delayed for 1.5 hours and we got late for the transport and the driver was still so professional and patient with us). We are leaving Fiji tomorrow and of course Hetal Transfer will be helping us to get back to the airport safely. Paras and Shiva are the drivers and the cars that they are driving are very clean and great conditioned car - one with Shiva is a van with very huge space and super great conditioned with automatic doors. Price was very reasonable as well with this good conditioned car with reliable and professional service if you ever tried any local taxi on the street.

We met the owner in the company retreat in July this year. The owner is really friendly, the service is excellent and well organised. We will definitely contact with the owner is we going to Fiji again.
