The worse app I have ever used. Not sure why are these guys still operational. Bought a cake and food - total cost being over FJ$150. Dollars deducted instantly, no tracking number, items weren’t seen in cart thereafter, with zero past/present orders.
Delivery wasn’t done until after hours and after talking to almost 4-5 workers, yet NO solution. I ordered things myself at Grace and requested Fiji Eats to deliver.
Took me almost 3 hours to sort things out otherwise the team was of no help except Lela at the very end. There was an Indian girl and a guy I spoke with - girl was extremely unprofessional and of no assistance. The guy was professional but of no assistance.
It was my brother’s 21st birthday and he was alone. There were so many sentiments involved and all I got to hear in the first few calls were - “understand and order from restaurants which are open” until of course I asked for the Directors contact. Initial order 11am, delivered at almost 7pm. Pathetic service!
As a professional food blogger, I got hurt by how your driver handled food while delivering, so unprofessional. I am surprised how #Mcdonalds #burgerking allows them to deliver.no manners at all. If it's the USA I should have sued them but #Fijieats has no #respect #food
Been asking for a refund of 50 on something that was their fault and the food never showed up for more than a month now and there's no response from their team at all.contacting them through viber and they just take my details and never respond. 3rd time now ans still waiting for feedback. It's frustrating as hell cuz that's my money that yall aren't returning
Driver was a few mins late but will definitely order through Fiji Eats again.
Honestly the worst iOS and web app I've ever used. Fire your software team and hire someone competent.

It's literally unusable, I tried on desktop and the UI/UX is awful. The cart kept clearing. Finally I got to the cart page then it insisted on verifying the phone number, despite multiple attempts to different numbers, no text was received so I couldn't order. Then I tried on iOS, I wasn't able to customise the order properly but finally got to checkout, then the same issue with the text not sending.
