Fiji Airways Premier Lounge reviews
41 Lounge centrally located in Departure area.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Very quiet and relaxing experience.
Limited food range.
Great place to wait for your flight.
Good selection of food, no allergy information. Very few gluten free items, when asked. Tried one item and it was ok, not anything to send one back for seconds. Added half star because they don't have much fragrance/chemicals added to the air, except for the bathroom. (Thanks!) Most staff was nice. One staff member was surly and acted like guests were an interference of her day and conversations with co workers. Eating area chairs were uncomfortable.
Flying Business with Fiji and the lounge was at capacity 1 hour before the flight, and no where to sit. Most food was empty. Its also a priority pass lounge so most likely full with PP members. Don’t bother to get to the airport early to use the lounge.
Closed between Fiji Airline flights during the day. Useless with priority pass users on other flights
I travel for work a lot, and these have been the least helpful workers I've seen in my life.
They’re extremely rude and don’t let anyone in with priority pass. They’ll keep telling you it’s full unless you pay them…
What an absolute delight. The courtesy and respect was appreciated. I had a problem with mobility, even though I'm only 76, but these things happen. Staff found me a very comfortable seating arrangement and offered to escort me to the buffet, with a firm grip. I asked if the chef could serve a dish that was not a bother. Sure enough, a handsome guy came out offered his special, I'll never forget the kindness and compassion. Yes, indeed, his choice is one that I will remember, always. Staff advised me to rest and when boarding was called, they would personally escort me. I've never been treated with such sincere kindness. This the true Fijian way.
Thank you everyone.
No access for One World emeralds. FJ makes it hard to support their entry to one world. Avoid this place unless you're willing to put up cash, because loyalty means absolutely nothing here.
Great fit out and F&B offering - the meal we had was as good as the best meal we had eaten in Fiji. Plenty of space for the kids and a kids play room with Nickelodeon on the TV
Loved this lounge, comfortable, plush & relaxing. A perfect retreat from the hustle & bustle outside. It's not huge, but it delivers quality food & a good variety of wine & spirits. Loved the chips they served in cute baskets & they also had some vegetarian curries. Seating is comfortable & they have barista coffee, which can be a hit or miss, but it's well presented & much was needed as we hadn't had a good coffee at any of the resorts
Fantastic lounge. Food and coffee are amazing, and the staff are very friendly. There is a business centre with computers and printing facilities. Showers are in the bathrooms and there is luggage storage at the entrance.
Tldr; just an amazing lounge.
First of all, one can access using either a Fiji Airways business class ticket or through Priority Pass and Dragon Pass network, making it one of the best lounge available in these 2 networks.
There's lots of seating availability with different types: restaurant-like tables, bar-like tables, sofas, mini-pods and even pods to stretch your legs.
In the main dining region there are 2 big screens showing some kind of sports and Fiji ads. Another side screen is used for news.
The bathrooms are clean and offer hand softeners and moisturizers. There's also a shower than can be accessed on demand with everything needed inside: towel, gels, shampoos, mirrors, hair fan.
The food is pretty good with around 4 hot meal types, several veggies/salads, 4 types of bread, desserts and snacks with humus/cream.
The bar offers 2 types of red wine, 3 of white wine and 10+ types of spirits. That's also the place where the espresso machine is. All these drinks can be obtained on demand (and technically in ilimited quantities).
Just at the entrance there's a luggage storage room and a work space with 4 provided iMacs and a printing machine.
The lounge has its own Wi-Fi, whose bandwidth may be limited during crowded times but still enough for chatting or YouTube streaming.
The staff is very attentive and helpful with most inquiries.
Can't really rate this as the advice found online, which states any ticket holder to an Air Fiji flight can get access is incorrect! You can only enter if you have premium membership.
One of the best lounges that I’ve visited! Loves the freshly made coffee… resting area… constantly updated hot dishes… really happy this lounge exists!
Last time we were at the lounge, it was looking a bit tired however it had a revamp a few years ago and is awesome now!
The food selections are delicious, amenities on point and the staff very welcoming and friendly.
Nice new lounge at Nadi to relax and have a feed or drink before your flight. Can be annoying if people have screaming kids and dont go in the soundproof kids area. The fresh fruit and drinks were good but there was a lot of "Indian" inspired hot food which i just cant stomach. Would be good if they had more hot food options from the west not just curries nan bread and a dodgy looking vindaloo.
Fiji Airways Premier Lounge at Nadi International Departure. The entrance is welcoming and the staff are friendly and courteous all round. Once inside the sitting feels premium. I felt relaxed and comfortable. The shower was great especially after feeling hot and humid - just what you need before boarding. Buffet style food albeit limited but premium quality. They have a bar offering premium liquor and barista style coffee. Great lounge, can’t wait to get back
One of the best airport lounges I have ever been to! Thank you Joseph and Tara for the amazing service! Must visit for sure!
Spacious, big screen TVs, best food, huge selection of drinks and best cappuccino. Children playroom give parents to relax. Enough PCs to catch up on last minute business emails.
This lounge was just fantastic. It was better than any Qantas lounge I’ve visited (except for the First Class lounge). The staff were helpful and friendly, also the food was delicious. The LaiLai Land kid’s area was the most practical I’ve seen for keeping kids inside, much better than the Qantas International Business Lounge in Sydney. We were very lucky our Qantas Club status allowed us entry.
