Bought an INGCO water pump, guttering, drainpipes and various supplies from your Nakasi shop over these recent months. Quality products and very good pricing. 5 stars for products but 3 stars for service. The staff (who were very friendly) need to be trained on the codes for each product to save time. You also need to upgrade your computer system to generate invoices so that the staff don’t have to handwrite every single line item. It took so long, over 2 hours waiting. Lastly, can you please put some bench seating outside where customers can sit while waiting for their order?
