Excellent Customer Service.

DHL has proven over and over their ability to respond to either business logistic needs, and personal attention to shipping and packaging needs and concerns with an effecient and timely matter. They care about the products and shipping like its their own.
Truly appreciate how they handle your personal belongings with care and packaging is of professional standard.

Helped me with a complicated shipment. Made it to the U. S.in 5 days!

Went to send a document. Was standing in lane to be served and one of the staff came to check and gave me the price for the shipment. When it was my time to be served at the counter the price was different as the person at the counter charged something extra. So when you're sending something oversea double check what are they charging you.

Very pathetic service provided by them. Kept us waiting for our package for a whole day. And we were later advised to come and pick the package from the head office which was 1hr before their closing hours. Upon arrival we found out that the delivery guy who had the package was in Nausori and would take him about 1hr to come back to the head office. After talking to the person who was handling our case he was showing alot of attitude and said " I have done my part and can't do anything further to the situation". Instead of finding a solution to the problem the person was showing attitude, talking rudely and made us ran after our package. Very disappointed with how they have staffs like that working there with such behavior. Just unacceptable.

After this review, DHL team contacted me and apologized for the services that was given and assured me that they would look into this matter. Which they did and updated me. They also gave me an appreciation gift. I really appreciate on how fast DHL took this matter into consideration. Thank you for the gift looking forward to using your services again.
