12 Used them on my recent trip to Fiji. We placed an order and it then got cancelled due to no drivers. Which was fine because we were just expecting a refund.
We got the refund back but it’s $10 less than we paid. Have been trying to get in contact with them but just been getting left on seen on Viber
Pathetic service. I use to order on regular basis with them. But my experience with them from couple of months is so pathetic. They don’t place your order on time, then when u follow up after waiting for 2 hours. The office will say oh restaurant is closed. Every time u want to place an order they say rider is not available to process order for the next hour. If they continue to have staff like this, this business is doomed. Wouldn’t recommend anyone. Fiji eats and food runners are way better compared in terms of service and communication with clients.

Was very happy with their prompt service and help in ordering our pizza from holidaying.

Don't put time of delivery as you don't deliver any where close to it. I've been waiting for and hour and a half.
Horrible service, delivery was late orders were mixed up. I would rather give 0. Dissatisfied customer, never to use this service again! Unprofessional service and no timely responses.
They confirmed the order and was meant to be delivered more than an hour ago. After contacting after the food was half an hour late. I receive a message stating that their only driver in the area is not working due to flooding.the restaurant is less than 5 minutes walk from my accommodation and would have gone myself if I wasn't in hotel quarantine. This is a flawed company
Very bad service experienced by an Australian tourist. I used this service for the very first time and my order had been placed 90 minutes prior to delivery in Suva. However, i kept waiting for meals to be delivered at 1.30pm. I received a phone call at 1.27pm that there was no transport available and i had to wait more longer. This service is very poor due to lack of communication. I understand things could change but at least do not give these excuses in the last 2 minutes.

I am a regular, from the owner to the people managing this business, they awesome! They make it easy for me to order from abroad for my loved ones and I can say they are reliable and way better than heaps over here.god bless guys and keep shining, gonna hear from me heaps
Amazing service and an easy to use app. The communication level from the time of order till the time of delivery was beyond expectation. The delivery was on time. Loved their service!

Yeah process is bit complex but i totally support these kinda services. You guys should take payments online using credit cards and work on delivering faster and more options.in return increase your fee as thats understandable.overall this is great service and should grow.
