Helpful staff and a wide range of product selection to choose from. During red pen deals you can get great prices on items you are wanting to get, so something to look out for when the next time you are there.
Great shopping but staff are not friendly at all. Disappointing as we have been customers for the last 30 years plus, yet seems like loyalty is not rewarded here. The least staff can do is smile and talk pleasantly.
