A warehouse stye shopping experience. You can buy everything from Big Screen Televisions to smoked nuts to cheese or pet food. A good selection of imported products so expect to pay extra for the new VAT. The oversized trolleys make shopping deceptive so always allow for that surprise at the checkout!

If you would want to get things that you can't usually find in a local store, here would be the place. Friendly staff and big warehouse-like shopping area.

I had been a customer to this shop but had a very annoying experience and so have decided not to visit this shop again.
The cashiers and other staff are very rude. They come up with some self made policy and deny to retrun change when I paid 100 dollars extra to my bill of 239.45 through mPaisa. Saying that's not their policy when nothing is written on notice to keep customer informed (I hope shop owner is aware of customers rights to be kept informed). I was told to pay cash again and the mPaisa money will be refunded later. So I have to pay twice the amount for the goods or they asked me to do 100 dollars more shopping. Is this a fair trading?
Later the mangers, 2 of them one lady and anothe Mr. MONISH argued that I should have asked before paying. The lady was insisting to pay extra 239.45 and mpaisa refund will be given later. However Mr. Monish said they will transfer the change on Monday. So even Managers also are not on same page. This is just a harrassment to cusormer. After wasting almost an hour I was told that 100 dollars will be refunded on Monday. That also when I informed them I shall report this to customer care.
I am now waiting for Monday. What if some person who cannot afford to wait?
COST U LESS or COST U MORE?

Good variety of items from grocery to household items, which may be pricey. Not too sure on the quality of one or two items.

I want to express my disappointment on how customer service is handled especially by a senior staff yesterday. It was raining yesterday, the building was leaking, water had slowly allowed itself to the building, walking along the Isles browsing through the products displayed, when we were surprised by two shopping carts across an Isle (we were stuck on the other end). We didn't know that they have placed the carts there with the sign in front of it. They must have placed it there while we were in the building (no announcement) this is a hazard (using carts to block Isles and notices) while customers are already in the building.what guarantee that everyone is aware of the flooded areas. (they started blocking the Isles especially on areas where water had slowly seep in through the emergency exit door of building). We were on the other side (unaware of all of this) trying to figure out why the carts were blocking us, we looked across and saw two ladies looking at us with disappointment and full of rage, they approached us and told us we are not allowed to move the carts especially when there's a sign on it that was obviously facing them and not us. To my disbelief the older lady with glasses "supervisor" came towards me with her pointy finger on my shoulder (an attitude i cannot forget) and said "Lewa wear your shoes, cava keirau tosoa kina na carts because its been blocked". (girl.wear your shoes, why did you moved the carts!) speechless to say I was terrified and perplexed as to why both of them are coming at us like we committed a crime, to use your finger to touch my shoulder that's very disrespectful! (everyone is bringing good money to shop or is a potential customer once they in the store). In a service industry you never touch anyone without their consent! They didn't even ask us how come we were on the other side and why I was not wearing my shoes at the time because it was soaking wet, (was waiting for it to dry abit so I can wear them).
At the end of the day it's not our problem that the building is being flooded (we were just there as any other customer to enjoy the variety of items displayed and buy). The flooded building is not our responsibility to put up with, it seems like this is a reoccurring issue, so instead of putting your customers at risk fix it, have proper protocols or better customer service (approach). Im sure if this be a case of another they would have approached the situation in an empathetic manner. Both ladies could have communicated properly but they lacked the skill to do so. Customer service skills is essential especially when the company seems vulnerable, like yesterday.
Overall I have been shopping with cost you less and I love the customer service, the variety of products provided, the spacious Isles, this is my first encounter to which its just very disappointing. Thats why I'm giving one star. Vinaka.

Situated opposite the USP Campus, the place is accessible to car parks, public transport (buses/taxis) & ATM's. Very spacious inside the complex.definitely find everything on your shopping list or sth you need/want. Prices ranges and varies according to ones budget.people say it COST YOU MORE. Again it depends on your BUDGET and the items you wanting to purchase. Overrall the staffs are friendly and assistful. They have COVID measures in place for safety and welfare measures for both their staff and customers. Hand sanitizers are provided upon entrance and temperature checks taken before you enter. Make sure to have your CAREFIJI APP on and updated as you can you use your QR CODE for ease.
Well thats it from.take care, stay safe! #STRONGER_TOGETHER

This is so good under Covid restrictions because,
1. QR codes work
2. Wide open aisles allow 2 m distancing
3. Wipe n spray down between customers
4. Hand sanitizer
5. Friendly Helpful Staff

Great place to purchase bulk items such as cereals, condiments etc. Home and kitchen items are also available. Slightly pricey but your visit will be worthwhile.

Free parking. They have the good stuff. But the price is a bit too much on some of the items. Ideal place to do your bulk shopping.

A good place to shop but be careful of the parking lot as there are a lot of hooligans loitering around marking your vehicle

Great place to shop, been stopped multiple times when I bring in my foldable cooler bag to use as a shopping bag as the security at the front thinks i am going to steal something. Cashiers walk away with my card sometimes which I think is not right to do, especially since it is a paywave card. Always check the meet you buy multiple times as it may be bad/expired.

What I cannot find in the other supermarkets I can find it here. I also trust that the food I buy is good. Expiring goods are sold at massive discounts. But of course the price of quality is not cheap. I tend to hoard though because some stuff I like may not be available the next time.
