I would say use another company.
In 20 years they have not improved one iota. Lost items. Useless customer service. That is even if you can get assistance from an employee. Worst in the world.

Their services are so pathetic…We can’t even get any updates from them even though we are paying for our own Calls…the least you could do is answer the damn Calls…. The women in there office needs a slap across the face….

Customer service needs improvement. Place needs cleaning up and better organize of parcels

Pathetic service! One of the worst courier services I have ever used. No accountability or customer service.

I am not all satisfied with their service as they do not deliver items till ur doorstep and ask u to pick it up.
The nadi branch of CDP employees have a very bad attitude as they just hang up their call on the middle of the conversation an day they do not do doorstep delivery.

Customer service at the suva office was not good. I wont hesitate to mention Finae named receptionist.

Bad customer service by Fine, apparently you need to pack and label and CDP just receives and sends. Courier company should at least have mailing sticker labels.

That same "extremely fragile item" as you called was sent by normal post safely without any bubble wrap and properly labelled by Samabula Post office staff. It reached Ba the next day. Cost was only 78 cents. Obviously there is a difference in service delivery.
There is a reason for your low score on reviews so kindly take the feedback and aim to improve your customer service delivery. Vinaka.

The most Pathetic customer service. Very disappointed! Have been calling them for weeks now, sent them emails, pictures of what I want to ship and no response still. Will never use their service again ever! No sense of urgency in all the employees I spoke to and no desire to help the customers. Really really bad service.

A Courier Company that doesn't deliver. Literally. We had to hire our own carrier to Lami to pick up our items because we were told by CDP that they cannot deliver because no other packages are being delivered to our area. Mind you, we're only 10 minutes drive away. Literally mind boggling how this company operates. Pathetic. Please save your time and money and use another Courier service.

The worst customer service experience ever. I had to wait for so long to receive a package I was assured to get on time. Being a shipping courier service provider, time should be their priority and delivering on customer expectation, for which they have failed to succeed in both.

Very unprofessional in picking up calls. Increasing price of freight everyday from $5, $ 7.50 to $10. And delivery has not be received till 4days n counting. Customer service is so bad. I think the company has no sense of any values at all. I won't be surprised a new competitor takes over ur well known brand.

SAVUSAVU CDP REVIEW - Goods never delivered to the address provided. When ever goods arrive you are required to arrange pick-up from their office which cost extra for taxi fare.
Sometimes you are requested by them to pick by from different location as banks etc mentioning they are busy and can't deliver.
Hope something is done in regards to the poor service people of Savusavu getting.

Need improvement, need to allocate areas, like lautoka, nadi, ba,
Need trolleys for fast and efficient service, vehicle should unload inside depot.
They don't have quality operations, it's way back. Not organised. They need a new manager. OHS is a joke there.

Good service though its expensive to get a 3kg ctn for $10.00 from Labasa to Suva but m satisfied that i got my stuff before 11am today which was given to Labasa Depot @11am yesterday

Pathetic service. Not answering the calls. My parcel was supposed to reach me on tuesday but its thursday already n these ppl just put the fone on answering mode. Not trustable anymore

Have to be honest I've use cdp to send my grog to suva 12 big bail of grog n in each bail 3kg was gone.
Please with a humble request I wish this will not happen again because I love the delivery is fast n easy.takecare n godbless?

I worked here before.very good people most of the old staffs are still working.very responsible company.on time delivery services.not all companies give 100%but I give them 80% in there customer service
