Average customer service. During sale products are mostly out of stock. Poor advertising of products, customer demands are hardly met. Price labels needs to be updated. Quality of the products are good enough.
I've visited this branch a few times and the customer service always highlighted every visit. But my most recent visit, I was surprised with the kindest employee! I couldn't get their name however I appreciate that Bondwell has very friendly and helpful employees.
Other than that, their range of products is always impressive. I have bought some products from Bondwell and I haven't faced any issue at all. Bonus points since they're service agents for my favorite brand HP.
Great service, good prices. Got a new laptop with 3 year warranty within minutes. From experience Bondwells warranty actually works compared to Court's and other vendors.
