Beqa Adventure Divers

Trying to plan my dives with them a couple of months before the D day. Great communication… until I am asked to provide my credit card details to confirm booking (I refused). Since then, they just DISAPPEARED. Whatsapp, email, instagram: ZERO follow-up (& for months!) while other customers are getting answers.
@Beqa dive: Just be respectful of your potential customers and act w respect and professionalism. Looks like those notions are unknown to you.
I will dive w another centre and you wont get my business. Ciao

Went out on their "predator" boat yesterday. Actual dive and sharks were amazing, but was the least friendly dive crew I've experienced. Not a word spoken apart from barking orders. One dive master spent the entire safety spot hitting fish with his pole. Definitely recommend going with another dive shop.

They were not willing to accept my reservation because I couldn't print and sign the form they sent me due to unavailability of printer. It's all about money, customer satisfaction seems unimportant. When I asked the hotel reception desk to call them they were finally fully booked and wouldn't respond to my emails anymore. I inquired at least 2 weeks in advance. So disappointing!

DON’T TRUST THE STAFF!
I want to write these few lines to inform everyone to avoid trusting emails and information given by dive center booking staff.
My experience with this Diving Center was very bad: after receiving confirmation of availability for a dive with sharks, and after booking the trip and the hotel, and having repeatedly requested confirmation of the dive, I discovered myself that no one had done any reservation and there were no more options to do the that dive, losing time and money for the cancellation of travel and accommodation.
If I were you I would pay money to these gentlemen only after being sure that a boat exists and you are sit on it.

Underwater was great! Very very structured but great to be so close to such beautiful animals. On the surface you are on a cattle car. The dive staff isn’t welcoming, isn’t fun. Feels more like an assembly line with nobody enjoying their job. And ohhh boy is is expensive!

The shark dive here should be on everybody's bucket list. It is very structured for safety reasons, but you will be within petting distance of 40+ bull sharks (after two days, I even picked out my favorites). The coral dive is less impressive, but still excellent, and I was impressed with divemasters' skills and safety concern. When my computer beeped to alert me I had three minutes left of non-deco time, they came out of seemingly nowhere to guide me to a higher elevation before I could even signal. That said, the rental equipment isn't in the best shape; I was never in danger, but I would advise bringing your own gear if you have it.

Shark Dive was amazing and underwater experience was 5/5 (the guardians were doing amazing job protecting us).

However on the boat experience wasn't great (very tensed crew, like putting face masks between dives makes close to zero sense and dive brief was so lethargic, the crew seemed to be not excited about the dive at all). There were lots of rules to follow like not being able to remove fins in the water and walk on the boat without them when coming back from the water or even not being able to stand up on a boat to put the wetsuit on when the boat was moving on flat water. Our safety was pushed to extreme to the extent that we were not allowed to move to the boat exit point without someone to hold our hand. For some maybe it's good but we are experienced divers and we really didn't like it.

Amazing dive centre! I was fortunate enough to dive 8 straight days with Beqa, which included 6 x shark dives - the 1st one my best dive of all time.
Lots of other coral dives with various attractions - swim throughs, caves, a wreck, all with sharks swimming around.
There are 100 world class dive spots around Fiji, but this shark dive tops the list (imo).

Wow, such a surreal experience. It was absolutely incredible being so close to these amazing animals, and felt like I was in a dream. I felt safe the whole time with great dive masters watching over us. The ratio of dive master to divers was very high, meaning they were able to keep a nice watchful eye on everyone. The staff were incredibly friendly. I would highly recommend this company and experience!

This shark dive was awesome. I was a less experienced diver but Cody was assigned to me and made every aspect of the dive go smoothly. If you want to see a lot of sharks' and be close and personal with them but yet feel safe then this dive is for you.

Great open dive with Bill Sharks, lemon sharks and black tips. I felt very safe and the crew were excellent.

It was exciting to see 5 different shark species. The dive crew were attentive and maintained safety.

What an experience! Can't believe how close but also how safe I felt for both the 30 m dives. Testament to the effort the legends; Malakai, Tui, Junior & Ace put in to make us feel comfortable.

Amazing dive with an even better crew! Made me feel safe the entire time and encouraged me to move closer when I was a bit nervous. You can tell these guys appreciate sharks and have a huge love for them. Thanks for making it a great for us. We’ll be back. Vinaka!

Thank you to the team at Beqa Adventure Divers! The group of 7 of us thoroughly enjoyed our experience and felt extremely safe throughout as the DMs properly briefed us and was always on guard through the dive.

We saw sooo many sharks! No tiger sharks but the bull sharks, white tip, black tip, lemon sharks more than sufficed.

Experience was amazing and definitely once in a life time! Highly recommend this dive experience & team if you’re at Fiji.
