Considering what I paid the experience was poor for a 5 star facility. Despite having 6 years experience the massage therapist Shalini had below standard customer interaction and unprofessional. Was looking forward to a deep tissue fijian bobo massage but was very dissappointed - felt like oils rubbed on the body, and despite giving feedback at the time of the massage nothing changed, wasteful 60 mins and money.

Was in a real need for a deep tissue massage, didn't quite get it or the 5 stars. Ho hum. The actual spot is gorgeous, what is needed is attention to detail. What seemed like too many staff running around, the lack of detail was disappointing. Was given a locker and asked to change and upon opening there was nothing in there. No towel no robe. I would recommend have soap in the showers so you can wash off the oils when your finished, as it may stain what ever your wearing. A very expensive treat so with that you want all the bells and whistles. I'm sure they will improve as they have only been opened for a few weeks.
If you have time I highly recommend the experience.

This place is luxurious but overpriced and for the treatment I had (a full body exfoliation) I could of done a better job of it myself in my own shower. The rooms are all open and the whole time there was a cold wind flowing in and I was cold. Afterwards the lady tried to hustle me into buying all the products that she had used on me! I felt so uncomfortable and pressurised and ended up leaving with products that I didn't need because she was so pushy I wanted to just get out of there ASAP so I brought them! Terrible. Never again.

I felt pampered from start to finish. Initial check in is at Outrigger Fiji and transferred by buggy/cart to the Spa location high on the hill overlooking the Resort, You are greeted with a refreshing herbal drink and a cool face washer. You complete a short questionnaire about medical conditions etc. Then taken to a change room with a secure locker for your personal items where you change into a robe for the short walk to the treatment room. Very competent staff look after you all the way. Highly recommend from the stunning views to the excellent treatment.

Stunning views. Had a manicure and pedicure, very basic services. Manicure took place sitting in a club chair with my hands on the massage table. The service was fine it just wasn’t worth $140 USD!

Amazing spa! Loved every minute of my experience. I would highly recommend the full body hot stone massage. I feel so pampered and relaxed. The service was incredible, from pick up to drop off. Pure bliss

Fantastic spa service here with tappas bar above, for a scenic snack before or after your relaxation. Attached to Outrigger Resort. Well worth a visit for muscular remedies or a romantic interlude for two.
